No. iBlitzcrank is a parody of "I, Robot" and Apple products. Both are sleeker and simpler in look, and the current iBlitzcrank captures that perfectly.
Blitz is supposed to look kind of doofy though, isn't he? That said, I wouldn't hesitate for a second if Riot made a PROJECT: Blitzcrank skin.
