Like my previous character I made, This one is also inspired by the Bounty Hunters, however, unlike the previous one, it isn't any from the movies but rather the diverse Portrayal Bounty Hunters have in the MMO game where I also got the pictures and Icons from. Basically, by design Idea it is the closest thing to an actual SW-Bounty Hunter a là classic.

For the looks, I went with something that was strongly tech by the looks. I was debating on whether or not to involve a helmet. On request, A helmet can be added for additional flair.

As for the Theme, for this I needed something unusually soft, something that shows a clear contrast which, in it's own irony, fits the wildness of flame that my character represents. So, with some luck and a greatly appreciated random YT recommendation, I stumbled across this gem:

#AUTHOR'S PHILOSOPHY:

Well, I am taking a break from trying to create ADC's and decided to take an approach at a Melee champion. The one kind I have yet to do are bruisers, so I decided to take my chances and try one, knowing how godforsaken difficult it is to design one that is in any way, shape or form, balanced.

With that said, I also wanted to attack a new perspective on how to make a champion who entirely uses fire as their weapons. Yes, we have Brand and Rumble, but Brand is purely magical and Rumble is more of a giant mech with a flame thrower amongst others, so I took the wild card and decided to make something that is purely fire and purely technological.

For every 2.5 seconds in Combat with a Champion or Large/Epic Monster, or whenever Fyetra uses any Basic Abilities, she generate a stack of "Heat" up to a maximum of 4. Each Stack of Heat enhances Fyetra's Abilities and Auto Attack, increasing those bonuses the more Stacks are Present and grants additional bonuses at Maximum stacks of Heat.

  • HEAT: Fyetra's Auto-Attacks cleave in an Area infront of her, dealing (65% Total AD) physical Damage to all Enemies other than the Primary Target. Every stack of Heat increases the damage "Scorching Storm"'s passive cleave deals by 10%. At Maximum Stacks, Fyetra deals (150% Total AD) Physical Damage to all enemies. For each Champion hit, reduce all Basic Ability cooldowns for 1 Second. Afterwards, consume all stacks of Heat.

HEAT: Fyetra Heals herself for 5% of all Damage she deals to champions Lit on Fire with "Funeral Pyre" per Stack of Heat. At Maximum Stacks, applying "Funeral Pyre" grants Fyetra +50% Tenacity for the entire Duration of "Funeral Pyre". Afterwards, consume all Stacks of Heat.

Press: Fyetra overheats her Suit, slowing herself for 15% and channeling for the next 4 Seconds, increasing the range and maximum damage of Heatwave within the first 2.5 Seconds of Channeling. Afterwards, she deals between 50/85/120 (+50% Bonus Armor) (2.5% Fyetra's Max. Health) up to 100/170/240 (+100% Bonus Armor) (+5% Fyetra's Max. Health) Magic Damage to all enemies within Range, based on her charging duration. Champions hit by this Ability are slowed by 75% for 2 Seconds and Grounded for the Duration. Generates one Stack of Heat per Champion Hit.

#TRIVIA ABOUT ABILITIES:

  • 10% Damage increase per Stack for passive only applies to the AoE cleave, not the primary target you Auto Attack and also not to the Maximum Stacks version of the Cleave.

  • R Charge ends if Fyetra is either interrupted, reaches maximum charge or the player lets go of the R Button.

  • R Detonation if charged is inevitable. Cancelling he Charge with hard CC only prematurely detonates the Ultimate, sending it to Cooldown.

#CHAMPION SYNERGIES:

  • Juggernauts: Darius Mordekaiser Garen fall mostly into the category of champions who are REALLY powerful when combined with Fyetra. Her Ability to keep enemies slowed nearly forever and the occasional low cooldown dash + Stun allow her to be extremely sticky on a single target, making it easy for juggernauts to pick up the leftovers and score some kills.

  • Stationary ADC's: Ashe Corki KogMaw are very well protected under Fyetra since offense is her strongest defence and you can't kill the enemy ADC if he kills you first, and Fyetry enables that simple logic by locking down any threats for her ally ADC, giving them the space they need to demonstrate peak performance.

#COUNTERS:

Aatrox is the number one Counter I'd have to say if I had to think about answering this in a matter of seconds. Aatrox out-sustains Fyetra on every level and has a stronger killing potential and all-in power. Winning early game against Aatrox is only a mild saving grace because he WILL start scaling, he WILL finish his Black Cleaver sometimes and he will bend you over his knee and spank you.

Mordekaiser Speaking of juggernauts, they also happen to be her worst fears if they aren't her allies. Fyetra may be able to out-poke them, but she has too high cooldowns to consistently keep up the fight, leading to trades serving her more disadvantageous the more they extend in duration. Either Fyetra goes in, pokes and goes out or she is dead.

Olaf So many slows, so goddamn USELESS against this guy! Fyetra's power lies in being able to successfully follow up by crippling her enemies with 3rd degree burns in their legs, making any escapes brutally impossible, and even if it is impossible, the mental frustration from being slowed into a crawl usually tilts people enough to have them commit lethal mistakes (yay to psychological warfare). So if she can't do that, if she can't slow or stun her target, then the target already has a much, MUCH better fighting chance in itself.

#LORE:

Fyetra and Fire have always had a special connection. Fyetra's entire life has revolved around fire and it's presence in her mind.

When Fyetra was but a freshly born Baby, her parents ended up mistakenly sentenced to death by the Pyre for a crime they had not committed, and little Fyetra, completely oblivious to anything, witnessed her parents burn to ashes while being held by the accusor causing their deaths. it was him who would end up raising Fyetra as good as he could as a means to seek forgiveness to her consciously cremated parents.

In her Youth, Fyetra always caused some issues that ended up getting someone, or something burnt. She'd light campfires inside her home at random, randomly collect and light piles of matches and even caused a Forest Fire, which she just sat infront and observed, her eyes seemingly entranced by the dancing flames, until the flames were put out. When questioned about her absentminded behaviour during the crisis, she simply responded with "It was beautiful, don't you agree?"

Ever since that moment, the Accusor, going by the name of Adrian'n, had been extremely careful with raising Fyetra and made sure she'd never be in contact with anything fire-related ever again.

Under further Tutelage by Adrian'n, she eventually subdued her pyromanic tendencies and was raised to be a successful tradeswoman, specialized in selling different kinds of Oils, be it for skin treatment or Piltovian machinery or for oil lamps. Usually, trading would only happen in local areas. However, a special request asked of Fyetra to make a delivery to the southern Continent, to the Killash-village. Hesitant to make a delivery this close to Void-Territory, Fyetra was eventually baited into the delivery with the promise of the full reward.

On her way gen south, she made a stop in Zhaun, where she met some shady businessmen that successfully talked themselves into Fyetra's attention. Gullible as she was, she fell for their idea of Investments and gave them large loads of her Oils which were meant to be delivered to the Client in Killash. Once they got their hands on the oils, they knocked Fyetra unconscious and left her to die on the streets, leaving her to the exposure of the toxic Fumes that had been released just very, very recently.

However, Fyetra was found by the by-then-alive Orianna. Fyetra was one of the people who successfully received a Respirator from her shortly before her death. Fyetra had not thought too much of it at first, hastily thanking the girl and vanishing back onto her own way, content on finding the people who stole her Oils. Once she located their whereabouts, however, she realized she would never be able to break in and get her goods back without heavy firepower. Those shady men turned out to be some Chembaron's servants. However, that was not the worst thing about the situation. Closer inspection had revealed that their hideout was emitting some of the toxic Fumes that were currently plagueing Zhaun.

Being unable to approach them, lacking firepower and any safety-precautions to keep her respirator on her, she retreated upwards to Piltover. There, she found out that the girl who saved her life was facing death due to exposure of the clouds she inhaled. Corin Reveck, the father of Orianna, was hesitant to welcome Fyetra at first, but when Fyetra expressed that she was one of the people saved by Orianna, he allowed her passage, believing it was just to see Orianna.

There, she revealed to Reveck that she might know the people responsible for the accident that caused the fumes. Reveck saw where Fyetra was going with her thoughts and promised, once Orianna was better, that he would assist. And true to his word, once he replaced Orianna's lunks with mechanical ones, he built Fyetra a suit over the course of the next month. One that would withstand nearly everything that Zhaun had to offer and equipped it with the only kind of weaponry that would not cause casualties while promising maximum damage and death to intended targets: Flamethrowers and a Jetpack.

Hearing that she could create fires with her Suit, something in her mind hit a switch and she had this massive grin on her face. She thanked Reveck and swore Orianna's sacrifice would be avenged if it can't be honored.

Back in Zhaun, she used her new suit to raid the hideout of the shilling bandits, causing a wildfire in the process due to setting her oils on fire by accident. It was then, when the flames fully rose, that the Pyromaniac within her reawoke. She went on a rampage, setting the entire building on fire down to the last inch and caused it to collapse within itself, setting the source of the Noxian Fumes ablaze as well, which lit the gas on fire, causing a massive explosion. All the while Fyetra was only laughing and continuing to spray and pray with all her flametrhowers.

Once every single one of those bandits was dead, she finally got to herself again and looked around, realizing that her little habit resurfaced again, meaning there would be no way back from whatever she had just begun with this. She looked at her suit again and decided that this would promptly be her new career path. She couldn't escape it, so she turned around and decided to embrace it instead.

She took march to Killash and had to find out that the client wanted to scam her down to her last ware due to the entire village being poor and having no idea such a purchase was being made. Fyetra executed the scammer in full public by setting him on fire, which triggered her inner pyromaniac once again. However, this time, Fyetra knew something was different. The switch she undergoes whenever fire was in play had felt different this time. She consciously knew: There was no way back now. This was permanent.

She made her way towards the south, towards Icathia, burning everything in her path in the process, never to be seen or heard from again. All that is known by the locals of Killash is that occasionally, a massive smoke-cloud emmitted by huge amounts of fires would sometimes arise in the southern Mountainrange of Icathia, which has always been lead to believe that Fyetra would be behind it.

Due to her association with Fires, she had been given the title "The Torch" by the citizens.

Hi there :) Let's look at your creation in detail

Therefore, we have here a melee bruiser champion that seems to be AP (sounds a bit like Mordekaiser Mordekaiser : big boy with natural tankiness and AP damages). I note the 1/3 mobility (because I'll talk about it after ^^'). Let's look at it in the details.

All your stats seems decent, neither super-strong nor super-weak. Everything OK Sir !

**Passive: ** Uh. Well. I'm not sure I understood everything. So, you get a Heat bar everytime you use a spell or you fight for 2.5 secs with a champion or a big monster. OK (you hsould precise in each spell's description it grants on Heat bar, as in Rumble's Rumble description). Each Heat bar empowers your spells and allow your auto attacks to deal AoE damages. But I did not understand what exactly happens when you reach 4 stacks: you say you get "additional bonuses at Maximum stacks of Heat at the cost of 2 Stacks". Does it mean you automatically lose 2 Heat bars when you hit 4 Heat bars ? That is kinda strange ! Moreover, you deal 160% total AD damages to ennemies when you hit 4 stacks. Instantly ? Or on your next auto attack ? And you lose all Heat stacks, meaning you can't stay at 4 stacks of Heat, right ? Therefore, how can you empower your spells with 4 Heat bars, if these bars are consumed at the second you hit 4 bars ? I need explanation here ^^' sorry :( I note the spell scales with AD and deal physical dmg.

**Q spell: ** Dash that deals damages, and stun the first ennemy champion hit. It looks a bit like Vi's Vi or Sejuani's Sejuani Q, which are both good spells :). But wait: DASH SPEED 350 PER SECOND ? Are you aware Master Yi MasterYi and Pantheon Pantheon both have 355 BASE movement speed ? Without boots, they can walk faster than you dash xD ! You can at least double (at least !) your dash speed, because you'll never hit anyone if they see you (people all get boots, so will all walk faster than you dash). Your spell therefore improves mobility (I remember the 1/3 mobility :p). Conclusion: spell is really nice, but is way too slooooooow :D. And as I explained before, I dunno how you can empower your spell with 4 Heat bars, but 2 seconds stun is quite big (keep in mind Lux's root is 2 seconds ^^). Your spell scales here with AD and health, i note. It deals physical dmg too.

W spell: Wait, another dash ? :D and you're saying your champion has no mobility ;) Once more, your dash speed is really slow. YOur AoE damages are decent, neither too strong nor ridiculous. your empowered ability is pretty weak, comparing to Q empowered: max 5% health healing, plus an "ok-tier" shield, and you need to hit as many champions as possible. Here, your spell scales with HP again, ok. Though, this spell deals magic dmg, why not.

E spell: A point-and-click DoT, why not. Strange thing is that your spell scales with AP (and health too, that is not a problem), but deals physical dmg :D kinda strange, but ok, if it makes you happy (The only champion I can think about having ONLY an AP ratioon a spell dealing physical is Tryndamere Tryndamere on his E, but I'm probably forgeting some people). Small issue: with 450 AP and 2500 HP (these stats can pretty easily be reached with some Rylai{ {item:3116}} , Liandry item 3151 , Protobelt item 3152 and so on), your spell cannot be dodged and deal more than 700 dmg over 5 seconds (without taking into account Liandry-Rylai). And I don't understand the fact Fyetra doubles her tenacity, since she may have 0% tenacity ^^' giving her some flat tenacity on the empowered spell would be better I think. And anyway, this empowered spell is weaker than the other empowered spells you have. You could add some CC AT THE END of the burn, of something like that, no ? Because the 5% healing is weak, even when you play AP (you heal 35 HP, so OP ! xD), you could also up this. Therefore, you have here a spell scaling onto AP and HP dealing physical dmg.

R spell: I LIKE this spell. Though, I don't understand why you added a "tap" ultimate, since it'll never be used (damages are not insane, and 130 secs CD makes you want not throw it away), I like the idea, but I think you'd better add something making this ult attractive without making it overpowered (I was thinking you could reduce the CD if you only use the "tap" ultimate, so you can use your AoE damages frequently and from time to time you'll prefer your "long-CD-but-strong-effect ult" in team fights especially). The "press" ult is quite interesting: just small question, when you say channeling it increases "the range of Heatwave within the first 1.5 Seconds of Channeling", does it mean your passive effect when you have 4 Heat bars ? Or is it this ultimate's range ? Other question, you say you can stop channeling and making your ult acting when you want. Therefore, shouldn't you give more bonuses to a Fyedra taht managed to keep her R channeling longer ? It would be pretty nice, you'd have to channel at least a certain time to deal nice dmg, and channeling it more would make your slow and ground last longer (maybe from 0.5 to 2.5 secs). Anyway, when you finish channeling, you deal dmg and CC everyone around. Just a small thing: 1400 range is basically INSANE: Jinx's Jinx W has 1100 range. It means that you will hit every ennemy champion but if they are not in the team fight. Maybe reduce it, and make it grow if you channel more ? And I note that your spell scales over Armor and HP, and deal magid dmg.

**Conclusion **about all I said: Did you intentionally make your champion scaling on litterally everything ? xD You benefit a bit from AD and AP, and also from armor. But the scalings that I would use if I was playing Fyetra would be her HP ratios: on every spells you deal dmg based on health. And the fact you deal both magic and physic dmg makes me ignoring Black Cleaver item 3071 as an item; therefore, I'd probably just build full tank, and bring a ton of CC to the team :D My belief is that your champion is viable as a bruiser (Sterak maybe), but she'd benefit a lot more from resistances, tenacity (with her E) and HP. With her actual kit, I'd probably play her as a tank support or toplaner, or mayber jungle.

Wow, it's look amazing.

I love the way you built your post, it's so clear, so good looking. Even if i'm not a native english speaker and that i don't really understand everything, i can only see that you worked a lot on your creation and it's makes sad to see people disliking it and not giving attention to your post.

I love the idea of technology with fire, you included her story, her quotes... everything... How can people dislike your work ? Honestly the dislike button shoudn't exist when it's come to posts like this. I feel like these boards are very unfair.

People who complain about the game and balance get +50 likes...

People who writes 1 sentence with a skin idea without explaining the concept get 5-10 likes...

People who takes time to make a champ and put their souls in it end with 2 likes or with -1/-2 etc...

I don't like these boards but i don't have choice, our boards closed and are replaced by a discord so i come in the NA board. But i can't help to miss my boards, i mean people were giving more credits to people who worked hard on their creations. We even had a "competition" where everyone could participate and make his own champ and people were giving a lot of attention.

Here, nobody cares expect a few ones but the big majority is here to QQ on champs, to troll and dislike everything while they could read creations like this and enjoy the work the autor put on it.
