Well I did not need to skip straight to the laughs in that video. No delay between quotes + echo on Soraka's laughter is gonna haunt my dreams. I do love the skin though.

Because she is a healer that can't make flashy LC$ big play. After her rework they have tried everything in their power to drive her into the ground. She has gotten nothing but straight nerds and indirect nerf since her rework with not even a quality of life patch in sight. Shield spamming is ok but as soon as you heal riot starts foaming at the mouth.
