http://nagliadno.com.ua/classfornewbee/images/rogue3.jpg Appearance: Arkus looks like a common human hooligan. He touts a dark-grey tattered cloak, a rusty knife, and a large sack filled with treasures and gold. His hair is dark black and messy, as is his unkempt beard. Although his body is covered in dirt, grime, oil and dried blood, he always has a smirk on his face.

Arkus is a gank-heavy jungler that excels at ambushes, placing ambush camps around the map to surprise his enemies from and to keep them on their toes. In addition to his large amount of mobility when around ambush camps, his kit packs quite a bit of cc to lock up your enemies. His clears are pretty bad to emphasize ganking in his playstyle, but where he fails at farming, he excels at map pressure.

Categories: Jungler, Fighter

Auto-attack: Quick cut from his dagger. Range: 125

Abilities Passive: Have a plan - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/15/icons_14945_btn.jpg When Arkus is in a bush (or ambush camp) and not in enemy vision, he will begin gathering stacks of Ambush at a rate of 10 stacks per second (Max 100). Upon leaving the bush, if an enemy champion or large jungle monster is nearby (1000) he will gain a burst of movement speed equal to double his Ambush stacks while moving towards them. If there are no enemy champions or large jungle monsters, Arkus loses all Ambush stacks. Ambush stacks decay over 2 seconds.

Q: Mug - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/13/icons_12046_btn.jpg Passive: Arkus gains gold equal to his Ambush stacks when he basic attacks an enemy champion. If he attacks a large jungle monster, he gains 4 (+2% Missing health) Health per Ambush stack instead. Arkus waylays his target, empowering his next basic attack to deal an additional 30/60/90/120/150 (+60%AD) physical damage, also stunning the target for 0.025 seconds per Ambush stack (up to 2.5 second stun.) Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Mana Cost: 50

W: Ambush Camp - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/18/icons_17724_btn.jpg Passive: Arkus gains 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5% Attack speed for each stack of Ambush. Arkus sets up a circular camp from which to ambush his foes. The camp acts much like a bush, although it does not block vision for those outside of the bush, but enemies cannot see allies while they are inside an Ambush camp. It can also be interacted with as a bush (Nidalee, Rengar). Ambush camps are 250 units in width and last for 5/7.5/10/12.5/15 minutes before being destroyed automatically. If there are more than Six Ambush Camps on the map, the oldest will automatically be destroyed when another is placed. Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Mana Cost: 60 Range: 250

E: Readied Assault - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/2/icons_1447_btn.jpg Arkus stealths, then dashes to target Ambush Camp or bush within 425/475/525/575/625 units. The stealth lasts 1.5 Seconds. Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 Range: 425/475/525/575/625 Mana Cost: 35/40/45/50/55

R: Even the Odds - http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/resource_images/8/icons_7101_btn.jpg Arkus summons a band of 2/3/4 thugs to accompany him. Thugs will automatically follow Arkus, but can also be controlled by reactivating the ability or by using the Alt-key. In addition, the thugs will automatically dash to the same bush as Arkus when Arkus activates Readied Assault, and will gain all benefits from Ambush stacks, however the gold they earn will be reduced by 90%.

Thug Stats Health: 400 (+40% of Arkus' Maximum Health) Attack Damage: 40 (+50% of Arkus' AD) Movement speed: 350 Armor: 30 (+10% of Arkus' Armor) Magic Resist: 30 The thugs will automatically disband after 10/12/14 seconds. Cooldown: 80 Mana Cost: 100

Lore: Arkus was raised in Demacia at birth. One might think he was given every advantage; he had loving parents that followed Demacia's laws to the letter, he had a very fine education, and was very well off. However he grew up to be a very rebellious free spirit, seeking out what's left of the rabble in the heavily regulated Demacian Lands. After nearly being executed, he left his former life behind, and took to the roads, assembling a band of thugs and hooligans. He became very proficient at his robberies, so much so that it attracted the ire of Noxus. Not willing to recognize any authority, and knowing what Noxians would do should he refuse, he fled to the only place that would still welcome him; the League of Legends.

Quotes Champion Selection Life is a highway, isn't it?

Movement *Get in position. ...I think I see one coming That... looks like a good spot A fool and his gold are soon parted. Honor? Pfft. An excellent vantage point. (whispering)Shh. Quietly now.

Attacking Give me all your gold, and you might NOT get hurt. Fork it over! I'm gonna give you till three... THREE! There's no way out! I'll either cut your throat, or your purse.

Attacking while Even the Odds is active Get 'em lads! Whatever you can take, you can keep! Strength in numbers! You don't stand a chance. I like these odds.

Standing still in a bush or Ambush Camp (mumbling)...and we can cut off that escape route there... (mumbling)...gotta make sure this is foolproof... ....hmmm.... (mumbling)....maybe they won't notice that opening....

Joke "Got any valuables? Not anymore."

Laugh (hearty evil chuckle)

Taunt "Beaten by a common thug, how does that make you feel?"

Thanks for reading! As always, comment correct and criticize.

I actually like this champion. I don't know why people are down-voting this, it would be pretty cool. Of course, I'm not the best at knowing how OP a kit is. Still though, if people are gonna down-vote this, please explain regardless of how obvious you think your reasoning is, because if this idea was suggested then obviously there are people who don't understand the hate.

Here I was about to bump the thread, and yes if you're downvoting I would love to hear why. Maybe I could explain some of the combos.

Basic Jungling Lay an Ambush Camp near the jungle camp and wait for a few seconds to get max followers if you don't have any. Then attack the buff, stunning it while applicable. That's basically all there is to it; as stated before the emphasis is on ganks, not clears. However your followers have a shorter range than you, so they will take jungle aggro if you position yourself properly.

Basic Ganking Lay an Ambush camp near the lane target beforehand. Dash into the camp while the lane is pushing, and hide while your dash's cooldown returns and you gain followers. When and if your target attempts to clear the camp, surprise them with a stun then attack them quickly with your bonus attack speed. With a good followup it should be an easy kill. Alternatively, lay camps near lanes then farm. When a laner goes to clear a camp, detonate it and then rush towards them while they're stunned. If you're relatively close, you can stun them again for an easy kill (and pocketing some of their cash). Of course, if you don't have a camp available, your E can be used as a fine gank initiator all on its own. Even if you don't have followers, with proper support your stun may be enough.

Basic Teamfighting Lay ambush camps around the area when appropriate. Try to lay them in the middle of the area if possible: the possibility of an explosion can act as a good zoning tool, especially if you're looking to disengage. If possible, hang back, then drop a camp down to get max followers. When the fighting starts, dash to the enemy carry if possible, then stun them. Immidiately drop an ambush camp to isolate yourself from the rest of their team, then try and focus the carry. If things go sour, detonate the camps, hopefully landing a team-wide stun and knockback, then E away to a nearby camp or simply walk away.
