I haven't really though about how the skills would go. It would probably be a fiery heart for Q, heart pillar for w, hearts spread from E, and R could...idk...be a giant heart that bounces everywhere?
It sounds so plain on paper, but I would love it.
My second would be Battle Bunny Kalista, because she hops around just as much, if not MORE than Riven.
Enlightened Vel'Koz. When Vel'Koz finally learns the ultimate knowledge, his ult will be rainbow coloured.
Either Duck Hunt Kindred where lamb is the dog and wolf the lamb, and maybe the shotgun instead of a bow. And when they ult lamb does the infamous dog taunt/laugh.
Or Arctic Ops Jhin.

An eruption of flame for W.
A flame-wreathed bola for E.
Vanishing in a shimmer of embers for R.
Pool party yasuo, cause his sword could be a pool noodle, and when his ult ends there could be a big splash, and he would have cool blue particles and $h!t, i just think it would be funny
I think we already have amazing skins for Veigar, who is my favorite champion as of now, but I think the new Sion rework has a special place in my heart from when I could cheese my way through ranked with Sion jungle.
I want to see Pain Trail/Rail Warrior Sion. Armor made of bits and pieces from a train wreck... I mean, put a chunk of the cow catcher in front of his face like an actual helmet and one part on his left hand so you can literally plow into people when you ult. Make his chest into a boiler, make a train whistle sound with his ult... so much potential. Not to mention, you could have all kinds of steam based particle effects. Sion hasn't had a skin post-rework, and it could play more to his new identity as a champion.
Do you know the new Sion for Decimating Smash or Roar of the Slayer? You might say he's infamous for the health stacks he gets from Soul Furnace, but whenever people talk about New Sion, it's that ult that people are talking about. People have been talking about this for a long time; Rito Plz give this to us.
