Champion review club

I just got an idea. Anyone would like to create champion review club where people would review each other concept, help on writing/fixing lore, help with art if they can, help each other will they knowledge adding extra fun to champion concept and promote each other?

It could be a blog where people post their concept and other people visit them and review them. Also, people there could post their unfinished concept and ask for help to polish them before posting those concepts here.

Anyone would be interested?
