I like the Concept. How about a Sphinx Zac? I think a Feline Zac would be unexpected and fun.

He would have a masculine chiseled face with your head dress as detailed. Shoulders and chest textured like sand stone blocks. His hands and feet would be over-sized plushy paws (sand). His Health drops could be chipped sandstone blocks that would desolve if not picked up like Azir's legion soldiers desolve.

Q and W can stay very similar as the original so wouldn't take different animation. I think the E pounce would look sweet as a cat and he could have a deep MEOW (or a ROAR) just before he pounces. His R should be his enlarged chiseled head bouncing and cracking (and spreading sand) with each subsequent impact until it shatters and reforms to full body Zac.
