I need 2 skins by the Harrowing, How do we make that happen?

I am starting to warm up to playing the reworked versions of 2 of my Favorite champs, but I'm still having some trouble getting over how looks like a Manager at Hot Topic and looks like a Mighty Morphing Power Ranger. Part of the appeal was that they were are a ghoul and a gargoyle. So if you wanted to help me out Riot, why not have Ghoul Yorick and Gargoyle Galio be Harrowing Skins this year? If you can make that happen I bet pretty much every one who had the champs before the rework would buy them.
