Yersenia - The Virulence

In the Noxian countryside, soldiers have come to expect death. Pillaging, regional conflict, governmental espionage, mortality is a constant thought in the Noxian mind. And flowers.

A recent issue within the beleaguered country is the outbreak of a mystery virus, leaving towns barren. Shops and stalls littered with dead villagers, their mouths stained with blood, fields of Anemone blossoming around them.

When regiment after regiment of soldiers fell ill near these flowers, it became Noxian Military code to eradicate the flowers on sight, to burn the corpses of the dead.

Some have even sighted a figure of death, as they call it. A pale faceless figure, drifting in what appeared fog, whispering unknowable words, words of death and rot. Those hearing the words violently clutching their ears to avoid hearing the horrifying things said. Those who gasp in their throes of death, the creature quietly shushes them, continuing it's horrific chatter.

As quickly as it's there, it's gone.

No more whispers, no footsteps, nothing.

Noxian military law also dictates: When the gibbering monster appears, stricken soldiers are to be left, and the healthy soldiers are to return to base immediately.

Yersenia, a former Noxian mage, sought power within the void, and he found it. He became undying, he became mad, and he became unable to control his hatred for the living.

Yersenia is a support mage, who excels in vision and punishing aggression.

Passive: Cultivate Rot - Yersenia does not buy wards or trinkets, instead, he comes with a activate-able ability, to lay flowers that act as a ward. It also generates a massive aura only visible to Yersenia that empowers his abilities. These wards are visible, and last for a minute and a half. He can have 1/2/3 down at a time, increasing by level. Cultivate rot charges at a rate of 1 charge every minute. While empowered, Yersenia has a slight purple radiance round him. Cultivate Rot cannot be activated while in combat, and must be out of combat for 10 seconds before he can use it. Can store 4 charges, and has a 20 second cooldown.

Cultivate Rot also has 3 purchasable upgrades, and can only purchase 1 per game. Each upgrade costs 1000 gold. Upgrades can only be purchased after level 9. Auras of nearby wards don't stack on enemy champions.

Unseeing Eyes - Enemies within the area of the ward's aura have 10% reduced sight radius, and gain a stacking debuff that reduces magic resistance and armor by 3/4/5 per second. Stacks up to 4 times and and lasts for 2 seconds after leaving the aura.

Forced Decay - The aura of the ward becomes visible to all, including enemies, while the ward itself becomes invisible. Enemy champions within the aura take 1 true damage per Yersenia's level per second, and have movement speed reduced by 5% while in the aura.

Gibbering Insanity - The vision radius of the ward is doubled, and enemies within the aura of the ward have an additional second added to all ability cooldowns(is not reduced by CDR), attack speed reduced by 10%, and ability power reduced by 7%.

Q- Pestilent Fog - Creates an area that blinds enemies within. Lasts 3 seconds. Empowered - Enemies within the fog take 25/50/75/100/125(.3ap) magic damage per second.

A basic harass skill, with good use in disengage or, in the event an ally engages, disrupting an enemy disengage.

W- Festering Shield - Shields ally champion for 70/140/210/280/350(.3ap) damage for 4 seconds. Empowered - Enemies who damage the shield take 20/50/80/110/140(.3ap) magic damage over 3 seconds. Can stack on an enemy champion up to 3 times.

A shield that demands respect. Some offer AD, others give movement speed, some CC immunity while it is active. This is kinda like Annie's, just a delayed damage. Punishes the attacker, again, another disengage tool.

E- Tissue Split - Curses an enemy champion, reducing healing received by 25% for 4 seconds. Cursed enemies glow a dull green. Empowered - Cursed enemy champions who attack or use abilities are damaged for 20/30/40/50/60 (.15ap) as magic damage.

Yet another disengage. I know. His whole kit punishes aggression.

R- Words of Death - Yersenia begins chanting his dark words, dealing 75/125/175(.15ap) magic damage per second. He channels for up to 5 seconds. The first enemy killed per casting of this ult spawns flowers where they died. This does not count toward your total ward count for your passive, but has the same abilites. Lasts 1 minute. Empowered - Yersenia gains 10/15/20% damage reduction and is CC immune.

Again, the whole point of the kit is to punish engaging against him in the aura of his Cultivating Rot.

Basically, his whole kit is decentish, but within the aura's of the ward from his passive, he becomes much more dangerous. Intelligent placement of his wards are key to his kit. To counter him effectively, you have to actively destroy his flowers. Destroying his flowers and active pressure make him much weaker, his kit punishes passive play.

I'm unsure on the Cooldowns and mana cost, but I"m thinking of making both relatively high to prevent early game spamming, which, with his kit, would make enemy laners hang themselves.
