Arus, The Tainted Faith
Once a renowned and beloved Ionian battle cleric, during one of his many expeditions through the Shuriman Desert, a book uncovered by Arus from a cache of ancient texts unveiled to him a path to true balance.
But this knowledge quickly overcame him, his sanity tearing away under the skills he had acquired. What should have been routine became mere experimentation for him, a quest to perfect his skills. Taking the breath of a dying man to give to his comrades, using blood to create a barrier, he who was once a hero, became a tyrant.
And because of this, he was exiled, shamed. He cared little for their contempt, but he needed a place to perfect his craft. After many months, he found his home in the Freljord. With a powerful display of his powers, saving a warlord by sacrificing several of his soldiers, Arus was granted a place in the tribe as a shaman, and along with it, a steady supply of test subjects.
Arus is a support who thrives in battle, using his abilities to heal his allies, and sap the life of his opponents.
Passive - Absorb Vita - All nearby allies receive 4/12/20 mana per minion they kill. They receive 60/100/140 mana per champion kill or assist.
Q - Blood Offering - Arus deals 50/80/110/140/150(+.4ap) plus 3/5/7/9/11% of the targets missing health as magic damage. If the unit dies, it heals the nearest ally for 70/80/90/100/110 + 5/10/15/20/25% missing hp.

W - Pool of Consumption
Arus creates a circle of rippling energy that lasts for 5 seconds that heals 1/2/3/4/5% max hp per second of all units and champions in the pool. It also consumes 1% max mana per second for allies, and 1/2/3/4/5% max mana per second for enemy units. If a unit in the pool has no mana, it deals 2/4/6/8/10% max hp as magic damage per second. If a champion has no mana pool, it consumes whatever resource is available.

E - Naturalize - Arus uses his mastery of energy to remove all shields on an enemy champion, inflict them with Grievous Wounds, and increases the duration of crowd control effects by 20% for 5 seconds.

R - Barrier of Pain
Shields an ally champion for 200/300/400(.2ap) for 10 seconds. While the shield is active, reduce all incoming damage by 10/20/30%. The damage reduction is increased by 5/10/15% if the ally is below 50% max hp.
