Cloak of the Druid - Cloth Armor + Regeneration Bead + Null Magic Mantle + Bami's Cinder + 1000 g

20 Armor 30 Magic Resistance 50% Health Regen 300 Health

Unique Passive: Projection of Self - Nearby enemies are damaged every second equal to 50% of your health regeneration in magic damage. Minions and monsters take 300% damage. Enemies damaged by the Projection of Self passive have their Armor and Magic Resist lowered by 3 per stack, stacking up to 5 times. When an enemy reaches 3 stacks, The wearer of the Cloak of the Battle mage heals for 10(+3 per level, 50% heal for minions and monster) and gains a temporary shield equal to 6(+2 per level) for 3 seconds that can stack up to 6 times. An enemy cannot gain stacks after reaching 5 stacks for 20 seconds. Stacks fall off after 3 seconds.

Bami's Cinder, to me, feels like an under utilized item. Plus there's a shortage of hybrid defense items. So there's that. Seems tanky to me. Would work great on Amumu or any other hard initiators. Rewards good initiation.

Madman's Theory - Haunting Guise + Lost Chapter + Catalyst of Aeons + 900g

Unique Passive: Consuming Power- All abilities cast consume 3% Max Health in addition to their mana cost. This passive will kill you if you cast an ability without having the health to do so, and dying this way after sustaining damage from an enemy will give them the kill. Killing yourself this way whilst having a killing spree will not remove the reward.

Unique Passive: Desolation - Enemies hit by your spells and abilities are marked with Desolation for 3 seconds. Enemies affected by desolation have mana, energy, and health regen rates halved, cooldown reset times are halved, are revealed for the duration, and burn for 1% of their max HP per second.

Unique Passive: Getting a kill or assist on an enemy champion restores 20% of your Max Health and Mana over 5 seconds.

Madman's theory is too OP, cuz cd reset halving. The cloak needs to have a global cooldown instead of per unit.
