Eh, I had the idea of some nerdy scientist type wanting to get in on the action, imagine Rick Moranis almost. I also kind of thought up a kit of someone who functions as a tank busting mage. Against a single target, a strong one, he'd have a hard time, but in a team fight, his abilities end up being rather powerful, especially his ult. Thanks for reading.
A hextech researcher, Navin worked for years in Piltover, working on enhancing hextech artifacts for the empowerment of all people of Runeterra. After years of working, he noticed artifacts going missing from storerooms and officers wielding hextech tools being killed for theirs. Following lots of contemplation, he decided his only course of action was to protect them himself, fearful that in the wrong hands, these hextech artifacts could destroy kingdoms. Not wanting to deprive officers of their strongest artifacts, he saved money and purchased all of the tools he uses, odds and ends that weren't suited for combat.
Except for the nano machines. Everybody laughed at his nano machines.
Passive: Echo Ring - Each Ability Navin uses marks the target with a unique mark for 5 seconds. Using another ability activates the current mark and places a new mark.
Q: Crowd Dispersion Glove -
Navin launches a small orb of electricity forward that deals magic damage to the first target hit and applies the Mark of the Bolt.
Mark of the Bolt -
When activated, the target takes magic damage over 3 seconds, and the nearest champion (or minion if no champion is available, 300 range) is hit with a chain of lightning, dealing magic damage while connected. If a champion enters the radius while a minion is targeted, the lightning will jump to the champion.

W: Shuriman Hourglass -
Navin creates a small vortex of sand at target location that damages, slows and blinds all units hit, and applies the Mark of the Scarab.
Mark of the Scarab -
When activated, the target creates an area (200) around them that lasts 4 seconds and deals damage and slows all units in the area for as long as they are in the area. The slow doesn't stack for multiple areas, but the damage does. The area follows the affected champ.

E: Wired Necklace -
Navin launches a blast of energy that deals damage and stuns the first target hit, applying the Mark of the Giant. If he activates this ability again within 2 seconds, the target is bounced 150 towards their nearest allied champion and stunned. The second activation of this ability triggers the current mark on the target after being pushed back.

When activated, the target and their nearby allies are stunned and slowed. (250 range)

Navin throws a vial containing nano machines, that latch onto the target champion, dealing damage over time, and damaging all nearby enemy champions for a percentile of the damage that the affected target takes. Applies the Mark of the Exile/Traitor. 500 radius
Mark of the Exile/Traitor -
When activated, the target can be hit by allied AoE abilities or skill shots until Hextech Vial's duration expires.
Damage 8/10/12% max health over 10 seconds (.01ap)
