Voodoo Champion Concept

He'd be the god over the Voodoo Lands, which is where Annie is from. This champion would be dependent on summons and has to earn them by killing units, so he can't easily harass early game. Visually he would be similar to Baron Samedi and Dr. Facilier.

Passive - 1st target gets % of damage taken redirected to 2nd target. (This ability would be similar to the old Keystone Bond of Stone, but could be applied to any to units. It would have a cool-down of 30 seconds) Voodoo God collects souls instead of using mana, small units contain 1 soul, medium units contain 2 souls, large units contain 3 souls, Champions have 5 souls, Legendary Monsters have 10 souls. Starts with no souls.

Q - Cursed Needle Needle thrown in a direction, damages all enemies hit. If souls are available spends 5 souls to summon a voodoo doll. Needles can be thrown at voodoo doll to only hit whom its attacking. Voodoo Doll has a cool-down of 30/20/10 seconds. Needle cool-down is 10 seconds and is reduced to 5 while voodoo doll is active.

W - Torment If souls are available spends 5 souls to summon a tortured ghoul that is likewise slow but slows targets that are hit. Tortured ghoul has a cool-down of 25/20/15 seconds. The area of effect is 15 seconds and is reduced to 7.5 while tortured ghoul is active.

E - Spooky Heals 1st target by siphoning health from 2nd target. If souls are available spends 5 souls to summon a skeleton/corpse that heals Voodoo God for a small portion of the damage it deals. Skeleton has a cool-down of 30/20/15 seconds. Healing has a cool-down of 15 seconds and is reduced to 10 while skeleton is active.

R - Friends on the Other Side Passive - Voodoo God passively summons a shadow that seeks enemy champions, once found they are marked for 5 seconds, making ALL pets/summons focus them. Shadows generate after 30 seconds at a maximum of 3. Active - Sacrifices 100 souls to remove soul cost from summons and cut their cool-downs in half for 30 seconds. (The Active would not need a cool-down due to the limited amount of times you could cast this.)
