Champion Concept: Rajineru, Lightning Fist (Att. 3)

In Japan there was a myth about creatures able to control thunder and lighting, called Raijin. I thought this would be a cool concept for a new Mage/Assassin.

Lore:

A prankster by birth, Rajineru has always loved to cause trouble. He loved to sneak around at lightning speeds and shock people just to watch them jump. He hated to take anything serious. He was laid back and loved to sit around on sunny days just enjoying the shade of trees. He had no home, but he loved his freedom. He danced in thunder storms and lived by moonlight. He goes throughout Runeterra because the freedom of travel invigorates him. One day on his travel as he lay in the shade of Ionia he saw a young woman. She approached him and offered him an apple with a smile on her face. Being alone and constantly ignored by everyone he had encountered, aside from the law, he was shocked. It was the first time anyone offered him anything. As far back as he could remember he was alone. No family, friends, or home. He never had anyone show him an inch of kindness and this woman who he had never met, in as simple of a gesture as offering an apple, had shown him more warmth then anyone in his life. He quietly accepted the gesture and they sat together watching the sun set on Ionia. Over the course of a month they had spent almost all of their time together. He had never stayed in any place this long, but she made him happy and this was the first real connection he has ever made.

They had gotten close. They where in love and wanted to spend the rest of their lives just enjoying the simple pleasures of life. One night they had made a deal that the following morning they would meet and go to make the final commitment to each other. That morning Rajineru awoke and felt something so amazing and warm. He finally had someone. He had never expected to have as much as a meal everyday and now he would be wed. Have a home. Share in a family. He rushed to the top of the bridge where they had promised to met atop of. The day had gone and sunset was approaching, but no sign of his soon to be bride. He went to find her, but was stopped as the towns people started running by yelling at him to flee. He hurried past them to see what was happening. The Noxians were invading. His mind went blank at the site. He quickly gathered himself and rushed throughout the town at lightning speed to find his love. She was no were to be found. Then he saw her, running towards the river. He flew to her. She was so happy to have found him. As they started to flee she stopped. he looked at her questioningly. suddenly her beautiful sakura white dress turned red. she started to fall and he quickly caught her. She bleed from an arrow that had gone astray from one of the Noxians. He couldn't pull the arrow out without killing her. He tried to stop the bleeding, but it was to late. She had lost to much blood and as they gazed one last time they both new the inevitable end. After her last words to him she quietly passed away in his arms.

Out of her hand fell an apple. She had planned to give it to him, just as she had the first time they had met. It was covered in blood. he picked it up and carried her to the top of the mountain where they had met. He buried her and and atop her grave placed the apple. He had no words to say. Nothing he could do would undo her death. His sadness quickly turned to anger. He swore vengeance against Noxus and the people. So he left Ionia. He left to find go wage his own war. He had heard of Noxian leaders having entered league so he decided to start there.

Kit:

basic:

basic hits with his hand are close range melee.

Passive:

Static electricity Charge: Every step Rajineru takes charges a meter, which once it hits 100% acts like lighting. if he hits anyone it causes extra damage. If anyone hits him they get hurt to, like static electricity. You get shocked touching or being touched. You can't touch lightning. Adds .25 or .5 or 1 ability power every time it hits anyone permanently. Whichever works. If the opponent is not close enough though, the passive wont work. It works only when either the champion is close or the champion uses a close range physical attack on Rajineru.

Q:

Bolt shoots a lighting bolt at the opponent. If the bolt hits a target, it adds a tracking devise on the opponent. As long as the opponent is in range he can use W to shoot over and blast them with a lighting fist. The passive doesn't work at long range.

W:

Lighting FIst Hitting with his fist with a loud thunder this causes damage and slows his opponent down, the lightning affecting the nerves. If Q, Bolt, was cast and combined with W it deals extra damage..this also combines with the passive if the passive is up for more damage.

E:

Lightning speeds A dash that turns him to lighting and can be used to dash to champions and minions. Sort of similar to Yasuo's, but while he dashes he can not be stunned in lighting form. He can't dash to the same champion more than once because that would be to difficult for the opponents, unless the cool down has passed. Sort of a lightning doesn't hit twice idea. as long as he keeps dashing to new opponents or minions he stays in lighting form, but once he is out of champions or creatures he turns back to normal. Like a chain effect, if people hold hands lighting will go through all of them till it reaches the last one.

R:

Storm of rage This allows him to cast a larger version of his remaining skills and combines them. If cast with Q it creates a huge version of his Q. basically amplifying it into a huge bolt of lighting. If combined with his W, he throws a lighting bolt in the form of a fist (range pending) at an opponent across the map, dealing damage and a slow down area affect (as long as he has vision on the point). If combined with his E it allows him to turn into lighting and jump into the sky and land near an ally (deals no damage).
