Very quick paint job. Figured we needed actual harrowing skins. Elise got a thresh coloured make over. Seems only fitting she should take care of the souls she sacrifices. Ill do a better copy later.. so tired ._. ** Fully aware i didnt add her spider legs in yet, or her stilts, just wanted some feedback **

She can thematically match Thresh without looking like a genderbent carbon copy of him. I think your idea needs a rework.
She is already a "shadow isles themed" champ.
It looks too much like a genderbent Thresh and doesn't seem to distinct, partly because it's WIP, partly because the whole visual thematic you're going for doesn't seem to mesh with Elise's visual language.
