[New dragon champion concept] Nogar Dlived, The Demon Dragon

LORE

Imprisoned for five thousand years in the Temple of Bones. He lived in the pool of dark and sinister magic for so long that his even mind became nothing more that a will to destroy. However, when temple broke down he awakened.

Defeated and imprisoned by ancient hero-gods he was sentenced for eternity of pain and suffering for his evil ways. Seven locks was put on him to restrain his power. As time gone by and knowledge of ancient dragon once again reached the ears of dark ones, so the necromancer with dark desires searched for that dragon. In order to control every world he was determined to resurrect Nogar and take control of him.

However, a noble hero stopped necromancer and destroyed the Temple of Bones. But, that was also in wain, because necromancer managed to broke six locks and reawakened ancient dragon.

Now Nogar Dlived arose and his blood lust is filling skies and heavens. His inexorable rage poured like a liquid and filled the seas. However, not all hope is lost, because final lock was put on his heart limiting his might and the champions of league of legends managed to subdue the beast bringing him in. Watch out summoners, ancient dragons isn't the force which could be easily controlled.

ABILITIES

Passive: Endless Rage: your basic attack grants 2,5 Fury. Dealing a killing blow grants 5 Fury. You spend Fury on your other abilities. Increase your armor and magic penetration by 1 for 4 points of Fury.

Twisted flames [q] Breath out flames dealing 55/75/95/115/135 (+1,3 attack damage) magical damage to enemies in it and Scorch the earth doing additional 30/50/70/90/110 (+0,2 ability power) magical damage per sec for 3 sec to enemies in affected area. Cooldown: 14 sec Fury cost: 10 Range: 535 Width of AOE: 235

Iron tail [w] Swing your tail at your target doing 100/140/180/220/260 (+1,4 attack damage) physical damage and knock him/her back. If you Knock your target into Twisted Flames Scorch affected area, then your target will get their movement speed reduced by 65% for 1,5 sec. Cooldown: 12 sec Range: 240 Knock back distance: 340

Shattering roar [e] Passive: reduce your critical damage dealt by 80/60/40/20/0%, but from now on your critical attacks do true damage.

Active: release a shock wave doing 45/70/95/120/145 (+0,5 attack damage) (+0,3 ability power) physical damage to enemies in its path. This ability can score a critical strike. Cooldown: 8 sec Fury cost: 30 Range: 720 Width of AOE: 180

While I'm majorly into dragons, this guy needs quite a few things changed. First of all, no offense, but what you're showing as what he looks like is just plain bad. He looks like a cyclops demon with wings and that doesn't qualify for a dragon in my books. Or its a dinosaur with wings.

Looks aside, his q and w are the only interesting things that could maybe work. The e is waaaaay too overpowered. Build 50% crit or more and a ton of ad items and you'll one shot enemies. His ult is also bad. It makes you untargetable and deals true damage (even though not a lot but still)?

Overall a 3/10 imo. The q and the w are the only things I like. Change the rest of the kit and change the look and I'll look at it again. But currently, his looks are wtf is that and his kit is .....just....not the best. His stats also seem a bit off. 2k health at lv 18 with no items? If he builds full tank he's literally unkillable. Thats like 6k hp with normal items. 8k if you build pure warmogs.

It needs changes.

agreed. if the title will be demon dragon I expect a demonic dragon.

First of all, this is just basic artwork. I don't need to look this way, that's just how i imagine him.

About E i disagree. It have early draw backs and work better on Armor building tanks much better than anyone else. While it gives quite huge damage boost at rank 5, if you build only crit and attack damage you will be one--shoted yourself before you came close to anyone.

And i also like ulty. It gave minimum and maximum range, so you have to position yourself right and you become untargetable only for duration of it, so not even close as long as some other champions (like elise or lisandra). Also, most of his abilities cost fury, so you have to use them wisely and not waste fury when you don't need to or else you won't be able to use an ability when you need to.

And by the way, there a lots of champs who have 2k health or nearly that much at level 18lvl. And if you think that building only health makes you unkillable, that that should apply for any tank champion, but it don't. Building only health and not building any AD would make you nearly useless in team fights, because this champ doesn't get damage boost form health like Volibear .

It's already been mentioned, the the true damage is pretty messed up. Also his w should knockback and slow without the help of his q. In fact, the interaction with his q should cause enemies to be feared instead of slowed.

Lol his ult is litearlly Shyvannas ult, but the damage cannot be reduced by defenses, makes you untargetable, and costs 40% of shyvannas ult. Um no

Well i like combo slow a bit more, than just plain slow on push.

False. Shyvana's ulty carries hit enemies along the patch and transforms her into dragon augmenting her other abilities. This ability will make you fly and breath out flames at enemies bellow. It doesn't look anything alike. But think whatever you like. Good day sir.

The deduction of cc doesn't change the fact that it's way more glorified than it needs to be.
