[Champion Concept] Joanitta, the Zuan Saint

A religious woman who dedicated her life to her faith, she gave every cent she earned to those in need, but that was never enough for her. Then one day, her monastery, in the heart of Zaun, was attacked by radical anarchists who saw her church as just another establishment of the Zaun elite.

The bullets and fire ravaged everything Joanitta dedicated her life to building, and something inside her died, and something new, something darker took it's place. Melting down her beloved Kinkou crest, she forged a revolver and blessed every shell chasing and every grain of gun powder that she loaded into the chamber.

Taking to the streets, Joanitta seeks to liberate Zaun from the chaos of the extremists who roam the streets and the corrupt who control everything else.

Melee Assassin

Passive - Iron from Blood: Whenever Joanitta kills a large minion, jungle monster, or enemy champion, she adds a bullet to the chamber of her gun. For every 15% of Joanitta's max health she loses, she adds a bullet to the chamber of her gun. Her gun can hold up to 6 rounds.

Q - Fanning the Flames: Joanitta channels and fires a bullet in a target direction, dealing mixed damage to all enemies hit, the bullet stops at the first enemy champion in it's path. The cooldown of this ability is refreshed instantly, so long as Joanitta has an extra bullet. Moving or running out of bullets will place this ability on cooldown.

W - Smoke and Shadows: Joanitta cloaks herself, gaining bonus movement speed for a few seconds as she leaves behind her trench coat, as a decoy. Enemies who attack her decoy are revealed and take bonus damage from Joanitta's attacks and abilities while revealed.

E - Visions of Fire: Joanitta will glow, as the dark half of the Kinkou crest appears beneath her. She will then point her gun in a target direction, fearing all enemies who are looking at her in a cone in the direction she is looking, and causing any damage they take in the next few seconds to deal bonus magic damage over a few seconds.

R - Ultimate Penance: Joanitta slashes half of the Kinkou crest across her chest, reducing her health to 10% her current health, then she instantly loads her gun. Her next six attacks or spells gain bonus range, deal bonus true damage, and heals Joanitta for a large amount of health.
