Very niche item but this could balance out champions like azir and diana without direct buffs & may even be used by champs with AA procs like Ekko who can benifit from the bonus armor.

I feel like this item alone could solve the AD class domination over the AP class.

The only issue is item 1043 has on-hit damage and your item doesn't. Maybe make it just 2 daggers instead?
