Ranked Placement Idea

How come we give out free rankings in this game? If you do god awful in your ranked placement games, no matter what you'll always be placed in a ranked area.

Can we please put a benchmark on this? I think it would actually throttle back on a lot of trolling and smurfs just as a bonus.

Instead of playing like garbage and being placed in say, bronze 3. If you don't hit a benchmark preset you should not be placed in a ranked league.

You should get a message saying for instance "you have not met the minimum requirements to be placed in a ranked league"

Basically saying, go practice in normals more.

It's a nice thought, but people who belong in bronze 5 will eventually make it there. And believe me, there are people in game with gold players who somehow got lucky in their placements or had someone play them for them who are headed straight for the grand shithole of elo where they'll learn to do everything you need to do to stay there for life.
