Lightning/Fire Storm Katarina
So, as a fan of Katarina myself, and the want for a better skin with amazing particles, I think the only way to achieve that is to change her element completely, in a way. So I suggest a Firestorm of Lightning Storm Katarina skin.
Firestorm Katarina: Flaming Daggers. Q- Bouncing fire daggers. W- Maybe a little fire stream on the slash E- Shunpo could be a flame pillar (smaller scale to Brand's) R-A flurry of flaming daggers :)
Lightning Storm (Shock Pulse?) Katarina: Shock Pulse daggers. Q- Bouncing lightning daggers (may some electrical charge particles) W-A tiny shock/spark E- Disappear, then reappear as a lightning bolt!!!(like in Attack on Titan, titan transformations, haha) R- A flurry of lightning strikes and pulses.
