My latest Champion Idea. Is it good?

Name: Arianna

Arianna is the weilder of the Legendary Noxian Sword. The Noxian Sword is a golden sword that contains godlike power.

Passive: Noxian Rage: Upon taking damage from ranged attacks, Arianna becomes angry and her skin color gets Red. Fire is released from her sword and it shields her body. dealing 1% bonus magic damage that increases by 1% per second for 10 seconds. She also gains 20% bonus Movement Speed that increases to 30%, 35%, 40% at levels 6,11 and 16. [50 second Cooldown]

[Q] Power Drain- Every 3rd hit steals [3%/4%/5%/6%/10%] mana from enemy Champions. [18 second Cooldown][50 Mana]

[W] Power Frenzy- Arianna Sword Glows, and she gains [20%/25%30%/40%/50%] bonus attack speed and her Damage is increased by 35%. But she loses a percentage of health that multiplies by 2 every second if this skill remains activated. [Health Cost=5%+10%+20%]. Killing an enemy with Power Frenzy restores 30% of Arianna’s missing health. [No Cooldown].

[E] Hurricane Strike- Arianna Swings her Sword, Knocking Back all enemies in a cone. If the Enemy Target hits the terain, they are rooted for 2 seconds. [8 Second cooldown][80 Mana]

[R] Last Resort- Arianna Leaps High In the air Before Stabbing the Ground with Godlike Force, Knocking Up all targets (Allies and Enemy) within 2000 range of her and dealing 40% of her Attack Damage as True Damage to everyone. Any target within 300 range of her will take 40% extra True Damage. And any enemy Target that is Stabbed by Last Resort instantly dies. Arianna dies after casting Last Resort. [180 Second Cooldown][130 Mana]

Arianna is too similar to anivia and oriana. Could just be me though. Q Power Drain. Mana stealing abilities have been talked over, and riot isn't going to allow it. W Power Frenzy. The stats may be a bit off both on the damage and drain, but I really like the idea. E Hurricane Strike. So like an op spammable version of Xin's ult. This probably could use being changed. R Last Resort. Okay this one is a mess. The concept is interesting, kind of reminds me of Illaoi's ult, but doing damage (Especially true damage) to her allies, plus knocking them up? That's just a recipe for disaster. The instakill will not go over well. I don't think this is going to fly. The concept is interesting, but the effects are problematic.

Yea, but it wasn't to the point where I thought it would matter. It would be seen as creative enough to be it's own ability.

some champions do have similar ability for example Zed and Talon have similar ult most adc's have similar ults also , Nocturne and Rengar have similar ults too so i guess having almost the same abilities as other champs don't matter but new champs like ekko , kindred , illao , aurelion sol and jhin have more unique abilities then other champs i think its getting more diverse as the game progresses maybe that is why some players hate having champions with identical abilities but of course they have different play styles to differentiate between them and have different effects in their kits .

Critique Time:

(Passive) = Her passive is interesting, but it's highly illogical. The magic damage increasing over time I like, but the whole ranged damage stimulant for it makes it almost worthless unless you plan on having her mid against a ranged champion or plan on eating minion damage.

(Q) = So wait...if EVERY third hit steals mana from a champion then why does this ability have a mana cost? And a cooldown? It would make more sense if it was a toggle on/off kind of ability, but in that format it makes no sense. Oh, and don't have it steal mana from a champ. That won't happen. Instead, it could restore mana every third hit on a champion while it's toggled.

(W) = Concept is cool, stats are pretty decently balanced, but that health drain adds up to far too much for it to be a viable tool in laning or team fights. If you can't get a kill, you just keep losing health.

(E) = Does this ability deal damage? Does it have a big cone it hits? I'm missing context to give you better critique, so for now I'll say that this is a decent ability in theory, but looking at what it does currently makes the ability not so good.

(R) = That's a big area. That's a lot of potential damage. That's a lot more potential damage. And holy sweet somethings, that's a fracking ton of damage. So it does true damage, more if you're really close, and insta-kills people at the epicenter. Mmmhmm, oh, and there's the fact that she up and dies after using the ability. Not to mention the whole "Allies and Enemies" thing, which makes this ability completely the opposite of worth using. I'm smelling tweaks.

Overall: The idea is a good one, and some of the things on Arianna are interesting and would be cool if work was done. However, this champ needs some work. Either the abilities are OP or they're not worth using. Consider my advice or not, up to you.
