Toot Toot is a tanky mage that excels at being a disruptor and supporting his allies.

Passive:Promote-Whenever Toot Toot casts a spell, nearby allies gain 35% movement speed for 1.75 seconds.

Q:Royal Zap-Toot Toot zaps an enemy champion after a 0.75 second delay, dealing magic damage and slowing the enemy hit for 2.5 seconds. Additionally, Toot Toot is healed by 8% of his maximum health. W:Throne of Doom-Toot Toot summons his throne from the sky that drops down on an area, dealing magic damage to enemies hit.
