Saena, the Elementalist Adept

In a sequestered corner of Ionia, four ancient tribes lived at odds with each other, their heritage built on long-held grudges. In each tribe, they held their elemental magic to the highest esteem, and rejected all others. Accusations of plots to overthrow the others threw the region into turmoil, and war threatened to consume the land. Then, out of the chaos arose a woman by the name . Saena was born an orphan, her mother died at her birth and her father was never present. An ancient enclave of monks took her in and raised her. Through them, she learned the value of life, and her own ambition was to be its protector. So, she set out to understand the four tribes, seeking to understand them so that she could better protect them. Learning their ways, she taught herself all four elements by listening to the world. Upon returning from her training, Saena had become more powerful and experienced beyond her years. With a deft hand, she showed her mastery of the elements and of the tribal politics. By Saena, the tribes were united, and, after years of turmoil, the land finally knew peace.
Loss
A crack of thunder tore Saena from her sleep. The ominous visions of her dreams flashed before her eyes once more. What she had seen disturbed her deeply, and she lay awake pondering what her visions meant. Exhausted, she gave up for the night, taking comfort in her beautiful partner, a fellow orphan girl by the name Amatia. The sun was at the horizon when she was yet again ripped from her slumber, this time by the blast of a horn. Looking out the window, she saw a great host descending upon the city like a plague. Telling Amatia to remain in the house, Saena sprinted off to head off the large army. As she was running through her city, an explosion caught her on her side, launching her into a building. When she awoke, the world was silent. Buried underneath a pile of rubble, she couldn’t move her body. Willing the magic forth, she commanded the ground to lift the rubble. Crawling her way out, she began to see the effects of the battle. Night had fallen, but the sky was alight with the blazes of the city. Noxus The word came unbidden to her mind. Foreign as it was, she recognized it immediately from her dream the night before. Then another word jumped into her mind: “Amatia”. Tearing off through the broken, burning city, her heart sank as she saw the collapsed building. Adrenaline surging through her, she tore at the rubble with her hands, desperate to find her love. Near the bottom lay Amatia, bruised and broken from the collapse. Saena tenderly lifted Amatia’s fragile body to her own, hearing only the faintest of breaths. Amatia stirred in Saena’s arms, and, opening her eyes, they finally met each other's gaze. Amatia struggled to smile through the pain. With a quivering voice, she said, “I love you…” With that, she went limp, and was no more. Tears burned in Saena’s eyes as she wept over her lost love. As she cried, a terrible hate crept up in her heart. Losing control, she unleashed her mastery over the elements, cracking the earth, summoning pillars of flame, rising the tide, and levitating in the air. Then, in her darkest moment, a voice called out to her, “Stop. It hurts me to see you in such pain.” Shocked beyond reason, Saena saw Amatia’s spirit in front of her. “Do not hate them, for they are ignorant. For me, teach them of the error of their ways.” Tears streamed down Saena's face, and she relented. “I will, my love,” as Amatia’s spirit faded away.
Abilities
Innate: As With The Tides- When Saena leaves all other stances, she gains As With The Tides, granting her a shield that mitigates (30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180, 190, 200)(+35% AP) damage (8 second cooldown). Water Stance- While outside of other stances, Saena enters Water’s Balance. While in Water’s Balance, every other basic attack alternates between providing a (20% AD) heal and a critical strike that deals 120%(+1% per 1% Critical Strike Chance) damage. Saena’s abilities have a shared 1 second cooldown, and don’t go on their own cooldowns until they are toggled off. Casting another basic spell automatically toggles off the current spell.
Q: As The Cinder Burns- Saena launches a blast of fire that deals (60, 85, 110, 135, 160)(+50% AD)(+60% AP) Magic Damage to all enemies along it’s path, marking them with As The Cinder Burns for the next 6 seconds. Enemies with As The Cinder Burns are dealt (2%, 3.5%, 5%, 6.5%, 8%) of the unit’s max health plus (25% AP) magic damage. This effect critically strikes with her basic attack. Fire Stance- Saena enters Fire’s Tempo, gaining (25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%) Attack Speed.

W: As The Ground Trembles- After a short delay, Saena sends out three shockwaves in the ground over 1.5 seconds, dealing (30, 45, 60, 75, 90)(+30% AP) magic damage with each shockwave, applying stacks of As The Ground Trembles. At 2 stacks, enemies are knocked away from Saena by 300 units and are rooted for 1.5 seconds. Earth Stance- Saena enters Earth’s Resolve, reducing incoming damage by 20%.
> Cost: 50 Mana, 20 Mana per second; Cooldown: 9 seconds; Ability Type: Area of Effect, Damage Over Time; Radius: 250
E: As The Wind Blows- Saena gains As The Wind Blows, cleansing crowd control and granting +(15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%) movement speed for 4 seconds. Air Stance- Saena enter’s Air’s Freedom, allowing her to basic attack while she moves.
> Cost: 60 Mana, 20 Mana per second; Cooldown: 9 seconds; Ability Type: Self Buff
R: Elemental Mastery- Active- Saena enters all stances at once for the next (8, 10, 12) seconds, without any persistent cost. Basic spells she casts during this time go into cooldown immediately. Passive- Saena gains 3% critical strike chance for every 4% Cooldown Reduction.

Appearance
For the life of me, I can’t draw, but my idea for Saena was something along the lines of a Tibetan monk look: clean shaven head, thin body with oriental skin, gentle, brown eyes, and a robe that changes colors with her stance (base is navy blue with a light blue shoulder for water, red with yellow for fire, brown with green for earth, gray with white for air, all gold for ultimate).
