Awesome but Under-used skins lines

We all know some skin line are fanstastic, but some of them only contain 1 champion

So i would like to discuss about these unexploited and forgotten skin lines

Neon Strike Evoques me violent colours and flashy violence, also near-illegal methods. They are supposedly siding with the "good guys" of Super Galaxy. So what kind of elegants Vanguards could fit there ...

• Neon Strike , he always a was nice guy acting terribly wrong, probably this side of the law is for him (and he's already weirdly coloured, he wouldn't feel out of place)
• Neon Strike , Ekko hates Cops but he wants to fix what's wrong . So that's the best way to do it.
• Neon Strike because he looks like "Crocubot" from Rick and Morty and he also have "a tragic backstory" About Renekton : Skins lines are a good way to tie unrelated champions to each other, so it's better that this skinline doesn't become Zaun exclusive. Just like the Omega Squad isn't Yordle Exclusive

Master Arcanist Excellent fits for** humanoid mages**, especially the ones that require a high level of skill to be played wonderfully (Magic monstrosities would feel weird with this skin line)

• Master Arcanist fit because she's "in training" , this skin would show the apotheosis of her carreer But she need "solid objects" to cast her abilities, her aesthetic would likey be focused arround creating her own magic stones (and less about relying on rocks)
• Master Arcanist fits the descritpion, but she would need something to show how amazingly powerful she became when she use spells (just like God Fist Lee Sin abilities compared to his default skin)
• Master Arcanist is unpopular and already have a 5/5 skin, so he's not high on the priority list to get a skin. But a Mage that control Time without external use deserve to show how powerful and scary his power is
• Master Arcanist have a ton of skins. But as the protector Runeterra and the keeper of the World Runes, he also deserves to show his might

Soul Reaver "A creature devoid of morality, common sense, and intelligence." Make perfect sense to him

• Soul Reaver is a popular suggestion, still relevant just like" devoid of morality"
• Soul Reaver *would feel redundant, and he already have blue-coloured skins , bad idea *
• <A champion that have just a slight bit of morality/humanity>, so its removal feels impactful and scary

Dunk Master

• Dunk Master will come out eventually, it's been hinted in the past, it's just a waiting game
• Dunk Master goes well with the theme too (He does have dunking abilities) it would also give more depth to regional-rivalities (Noxus - Demacia - Bilgewater)

Sewn Chaos Great idea to use the "toy"/"wooly" feel and give it a touch of "twisted evil magic". Annie's style with Tibbers Non-humanoid champions, or champions that could look like toys would fit well

• Sewn Chaos with her lances as knitting needle and her body as a ragdoll, a cool but forgotten idea of artstation
• Sewn Chaos would contrast with his others skins (goofy or brown bear), give him a dark twisted Tibber's and cute side would benefit his skin diversity (maybe we need to wait for his VGU before he gets more skins)
