... no, no it's not. It comes from the anime Gurren Lagann. Pretty much every single thing in Super Galaxy Rumble's visuals and voice over references that anime.
I see the thoughts behind the idea, but especially the Lord Zed thing propably wouldnt work. Aside of the wordplay, the two characters are just way too different to make a skin based just on that alone. Something that might actually work for Yasuo and Zed is somthing like Kamen Rider, the Ginyu Force or Sayaman.
