[Champion Concept] Tifa ---The Thief

Tifa is a thief. Some may aware that thief is somewhat toxic concept in league. However bringing the impossible is always a fun thing to do. I will try to make her least toxic as possible. Tifa is an assassin, her job is to make you throw your keyboard. She's like a female shaco, slippery and deadly but will explode with an AA of cannon minion

Primary Role : Assassin Secondary Role : None
Passive: Has nothing to lose
Tifa start with an Empty Purse in her inventory. Empty Purse gives 10 AD and -20 confidence. Because having an empty purse is enough to crush your confidence #cry. Empty Purse is an essential item of Tifa, can't be sold nor be upgraded.
First Skill: Hide!!
Tifa becomes invisible for x seconds. While invisible, Tifa gains Y% bonus movement speed
For each enemy looking at Tifa (when invisible), Tifa will gain Caught point. After reach Z points, Tifa will forced to reveal herself. When no one staring at Tifa, The Caught point will gradually decreased
Hide!! is a skill used to gank and surprise attack. It can be used as an escape skill but it will be harder than Shacos's deceive, because everyone can un-invis you without using trinket or pink ward. Positioning is necessary when using this skill, so be careful!
Second Skill: Steal!!
Tifa exchanges her Empty Purse with an item with the same position. This effect only last for X seconds or until Tifa killed, then the items will back to the respective owner. Tifa only gains benefit from a small portion of the stolen item's stat, she doesn't get benefit from the active and passive.
Why call her a thief without a Steal skill? So yeah, If an enemy has Health pot, IE, and GA. Meanwhile Tifa has a machete and Empty Purse, she will exchange her Empty Purse with IE !! What a big catch!! But there's a duration, so kill your enemy before the time betrays you!
Third Skill: Prepared attack!!
Passive : when out of combat, Tifa is building Power. Tifa's next basic attack will deal extra damage equal to the Power she has.
Active : Tifa forces herself to be out of combat for x seconds
The only pre-6 damaging spell Tifa has. And the only reliable escape she has. Wait escape? Yes, by being out of combat, you'll get that mobility boots' extra ms. And of course, you can just press this skill to gain Power
Ultimate: Thievery
Passive : If Tifa kills an enemy, she will steal some gold. If Tifa is killed, the killer will steal some gold from her. The gold received/lost scale with kill/death spree with the minimum of 0 gold stolen.
Active : Tifa's next basic attack will give a mark to enemy champion. If Tifa attacks the marked side of enemy with this skill, she will deal enormous damage and slows the enemy
basically it's a "attack the same side twice" and you get bonus damages. You attack the front of the enemy, his front side get marked, you attack that side again, the bonus damage triggered. Oh yeah, positioning is hard in teamfight, so this skill is most suited for 1v1.
Overall : Tifa is an assassin, like to stealing anything from you, even your hearth, literally, your hearth. She has an awesome skill set for 1v1, but her teamfight is inferior. Her early game is great, and if she gains advantage early on, she can be an effective split pusher. However in teamfight, she will have a hard time, because even an aoe skill can melt her. One doesn't simply teamfight with Tifa.
I think that's all. I want to add lore and quotes but I will think about it later. Thoughts are always welcomed.
