Riot, I GOT ONE! I wanna see a champ with a Passive ULT only! That helps other abilities!
He only uses q w e actively. His ult strengthens and augments them over time. The ult gives you additional buffs and he becomes a late game god. EX: Overshight: Gives increased visual range by 5/10/15/20% Thermal vision can see stealth champs at x/425/550/675 range. Also buffs qwe. Then the other things would be based off his kit so i won't go into detail. But more than likely he would have a gap closer, a skillshot, and CC. His skills would be at a cooldown level that with some CDR he would be able to go Q,W,E,Q,W in a fight that lasted 4 seconds or more. Maybe a passive idea for that would be: Fourth and FINAL!: If you get hit by 4 of his abilities within 10 seconds, the fourth hit is augmented with some extra effect and each ability has a different ender that is some type of HARD CC when it hits last. I like that too! Q ENDER: +Stuns W ENDER: +Knock up and slow E ENDER: +Sends enemy flying
Oversight and FAF are only examples not something I would expect. But yes... I do want it.
Thoughts.... before I go through the trouble of making the concept whole?
