They never did this ever, as long as they didn't completely rework the VO of said champion. So definitely not gonna happen.

Odyssey Kayn is not special in that regard, many skins and champions which should have interactions with each other don't have them. Galaxy Slayer Zed is newer than Odyssey Kayn, so Kayn doesn't get to talk back. Accept it.
