maybe it's a new rune and everyone what to try it on their champion?

high pick rate =/= broken,in many cases electrocute is still a good choice and its damage it's not insane unless the guy with it is literally farming champions or you get really late in the game

Just played a game where 8 out of the 10 players took DH... Even with the mini hot fix nerf the vast majority of people are taking it on any champion.
