maybe it's a new rune and everyone what to try it on their champion?

high pick rate =/= broken,in many cases electrocute is still a good choice and its damage it's not insane unless the guy with it is literally farming champions or you get really late in the game

A rioter said in a video once about the current adc meta that they are not happy with it so they reworked dark harvest for making assassin more stronger and adc can no longer dodge dark harvest attacks because new dh procs with any ability like Zed's Q any ability the old one was with basics only and adc could kite it but no they can't so BAI BAI ADC PLAYERS <3

not like electrocute can be avoided (eg. zed can proc it with R E AA),plus it deals less/the same damage untill the lategame (when you are almost full build)

Just played a game where 8 out of the 10 players took DH... Even with the mini hot fix nerf the vast majority of people are taking it on any champion.
