if i picked elec and my enemy picked dark harvest i will win early and i will get crashed in late that's unfair even for players who still pick elec old dark harvest was better at least u had to farm to get stacks

Since everyone picks DH you suddenly get proc'ed with 3 DH and see your HP bar dissapear like you got hit by a leblanc combo. Can't even tank anymore with that s*** called Dark Harvest

It's literally much worse than electrocute in terms of damage output. Damage gets out of control mid / late and with the change on pbe i still dont feel that the nerf was nearly enough.
Nobody even uses electrocute anymore
