1-Shaco has an unknown origin and in every legendary skin there is a special interaction which reveals so many things like God king Darius when he says to Swain "The demon inside you needs a rest" see? 2-Shaco didn't get a skin since 2016 or 2015 idk and we don't need an epic skin for him it should be legendary 3-his 5 or 6 skins are trash the only diff in them is his W

He doesn't have a lot of ways to help that, Q and R don't let him get new effects on most of his skins, outside a potential smoke cloud or something. And his E is just him throwing his dagger. This is probably why Rito hasn't given him a new skin in a long time.
