Virtouso

Virtouso is a champion that was panned hard because of his kit being so bland and boring. And basically ripped off kestrels kit from vainglory. Yeah i was thinking about providing a link to her but then i remember riot gets pissed at people cheating on her so if you want to see what virtousos kit basically is go google kestrels or look for virtousos kit.

Now here's the problem with Virtouso. The lore is wrong. Riot seems to make the champion design first. Then the kit. Then the lore. Which is what made him so bland. Skip the lore of him being an artist and make him an assassin who only needs 4 shots to slaughter armies and you wont be flamed as much by your community. On the other hand if you wanted to keep with the artist thing go full V for Vendetta on thine ass.

Passive: My masterpiece upon assist Virtouso is given 25 attack damage.

Yes make him a support or a jungler. No dont give him the damage on kills or he will become a top or a mid laner.

Q: Modern art Virtouso throws all of his old art collection at a target rooting them to a ground for 2 seconds. 50-250 ad~~|~~ 50% ad scaleing ~~|~~20-10 second cooldown ~~|~~90-120 mana

W: baroque After channeling for 1 second Virtouso makes a living statue of his self that last for 5 seconds and acts like annie or shacos ult walking around. It doesnt do any damage but it fakes the damage it does. Basically the health bar looks like its going down but it doesnt actually go down. _no damage~~|~~ 50-20 second cooldown ~~|~~100 mana _

E: ancient art Virtouso paints his self to blend into walls turning his self or his allies invisible when they are near a wall. As long as they are on the wall they will not lose invisibility. 60-10 second cooldown | 50-100 mana

R: more beautiful world Virtouso changes the vision that an enemy champion has replaceing it with what he veiws the world as. The champions the minions and the map change. No health bars go down to the man that has been ulted nor doesnt mana. Only movements change. Freindly fire is also enabled dureing this (only exception is massive aoe abilities and runauns). Is removed upon death. 100-500 ad over time~~|75% ad scaleing|100 second cooldown|5-7 second duration|~~ 100 mana
