For those of use who've played shadowrun, you know you never go to 0 Essence. Going 0 essence is like going full retard. For the Cyberpunk 2020 fans, you know what happens when people get too many enhancements... you become a psycho and they have to call in the Cyber Psycho Squad to deal with the mess (you).

So if the PROJECT line is the champs who went a little too cyberpunk on us, we need another line of champs to keep the PROJECTs in line. A group that's a little more human and able to deal with tough situations like out of control cyborgs or PROJECTs who are running amok now.

For possible champs I'm thinking: - you need firepower, she's got firepower - team's hacker - the tough guy leader - has a dragon-like powersuit - spider-like power suit (totally ripping off tachikoma) - well if yi and yasuo can go cyberpunk, why not Irelia? - someone in a stealth suit would be cool, dunno if riot will work with her rig again or not (make her an 1800 with a new rig?) For the midlaner I'm thinking one of these
