[Champion Concept] Shabule "The Enlightened Shaman" WIP

P: Mana charger After Shabule casts a spell she gains a charge of "Mana Pool". After gaining 3 charges of "Mana Pool" Shabule's next basic attack grants 10/20/30 mana to a nearby ally champion.
Q: Mana Charge Skill Shot; Cost: 35/45/55/65/75 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Fires a ball of mana energy towards the enemies silencing them for a short period of time.
Fires a ball of mana dealing 40/50/60/70/80 (+20% AP)(+10% Maximum Mana) Magic Damage and Silencing the target for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25.
W: Magical Infusion Single Target Spell; Cost: 45/60/75/90/105 Cooldown: 21/20/19/18/17 Infuses a target with magical energy causing it to react differently depending on what it is.
Minions and Monsters: Infuse a target minion or monster with magical energy. An infused minion, the infused minion becomes invulnerable and moves towards the closest enemy champion dealing 60/65/70/75/80 (+30% AP) magic damage and slowing nearby enemy units by 30% for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds on impact. You can also press W again to detonate the minion before it hits an enemy champion. Infused minions explode after 3 seconds.
Enemy Champion: Infuse a target enemy champion with magical energy that deals 20/25/30/35/40 (+25% AP) magic damage, and causes them to have 10% of their maximum mana (+5% of Shabule's maximum mana) dealt to them as magic damage over 3 seconds.
Ally Champion: Restore 5% of their maximum health and mana and increasing their speed by 6/7/8/9/10% of their movement speed for 1 second.
E: Mana Gate AoE; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 After a brief delay Shabule conjures a cage of mana around the target location for 3 seconds, draining the mana from those who pass through the walls.
After a 0.5 second delay, Shabule conjures a cage of mana around the target location for 3 seconds, forming a pentagon of walls. Enemies who attempt to pass through the walls have 5% (+10% of Shabule's maximum mana) of their maximum mana drained over 4 seconds. After 4 seconds, [50/45/40/35/30]% of the mana burned is given back to them.
R: Mana Conversion AoE; Cost: 50 (+50 per every ally champion within 1000) per second Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 Shabule turns her mana into health to all those around her, healing them for a part of the mana used.
Shabule turns her mana into an aura of healing to restore 25 health to herself and all ally champions within 1000. Healing is increased by 100% on champions under 10% maximum health.
