[Champion Concept] Eskrievon "the Tormented Soul" WIP looking for input
So I was just talking with some friends of mine, and we were talking about how it must be a bummer to die, just to get back up and die again. So I just threw away the comment "Dying hurts, so I just stopped feeling" as a joke, but from that an idea sprung. It will certainly need some improvement but I had this idea for a champion.

Title: The Tormented Soul
Mana Pool: Uses Health for spells
Appearance: He looks like a medieval executioner
Role: Tank/Fighter
A wandering ma. He was once an unjust executioner that killed for a tyrant. His favorite form of death was slow torture. But after the Tyrant was slain by a person adept in magic he was cursed to never die and forever live out the torment of his victims. He lives in constant torture but has learned how to wield his pain as a weapon. Now he wanders the wilderness surrounded by pain and death looking for a reprieve from his torture.

P: Pain is Death When a spell hits an enemy champion it applies a stack of "Pain of Death" stacking up to 3 times. "Pain of Death" stacks deals 20/60/100/140 magic damage (+10% AP) over time to the champion. If a champion with a "Pain of Death" stack deals damage to (name) all "Pain of Death" stacks are removed from the champion, and the champion takes 25/70/115/160 (+10% AP) magic damage for each stack that was applied to it before removal.
Q: Feel my Torment Cone/Area of Effect; Cost: 30/45/60/75/90 Cooldown: 10/9/8/6/5 Eskrievon cries out in pain and transforms his personal torment into a weapon forcing Enemies to feel what he feels. Deals 30/45/60/75/90 (+5/7/9/11/13/15% of Eskrievon's maximum health) and slows enemies by 20% for 2 seconds.
W: Numb the Pain Shield/Area of Affect; Cost: 40/55/70/85/100 Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Eskrievon temporarily numbs the nerves in his body. If an enemy happens to somehow hurt him he turns the effect into a curse on their weapons. Eskrievon gains a shield that blocks 40/60/80/100/120 (+7/8/9/10/11% of Eskrievon's maximum health) incoming damage. If the shield is destroyed then enemy champions within 500 have their damage reduced by 10/12/14/16/18%.
E: Blade of Torture Toggle; Cost: 35/50/65/80/95 Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 Eskrievon deals a devastating blow that wrecks the targets armour and leaves it ruined. Eskrievon's next basic attack reduces the targets armor by 6/7/8/9/10% and deals 15/25/35/45/55 (+6/7/8/9/10% of Eskrievon maximum health) as physical damage.
R: Death Doesn't Kill... Me [or] Death is Pain Self-cast/Area of Effect; Cost: Free Cooldown: 110/90/70 Eskrievon wields his pain and turns it into the very essence of death around him dealing damage to all nearby enemy champions. The pain becomes so intense that he loses control and it explodes crippling those nearby. Eskrievon surrounds himself with an aura of death that damages 50/75/100 damage to all enemy champions within 500 of Eskrievon every second for 5 seconds. After 5 seconds the Aura explodes for 50/100/150 damage and slowing enemy champions within the circle by 40% for 2 seconds.
