P: Tinkerer Puddlewink salvages parts from fallen foes. He can then upgrade his gadgets with the spare parts he finds.

Puddlewink salvages parts from fallen foes. Enemy units drop "Spare Parts" if Puddlewink is within 250 of a "Part it disappears and he gains 1 to his stack of "Spare Parts" . Minions and Monsters drop 1-2; Champions drop 3; Structures (towers/inhibitors) drop 5; In the shop Puddlewink can purchase upgrades to his powers with "Spare Parts". "Spare Parts" disappear after 15 seconds

Q: Scrapyard Pistol Skill shot; Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 Puddlewink shoots his scrapyard pistol in a target direction dealing damage to the unit hit.

Puddlewink shoots his scrapyard pistol in a target direction dealing 25/40/55/70/85 (+50% AD) Physical Damage to the first unit hit.

Upgrade: 30 SP: Crippling Shot: Slows units hit by 30% for 2 seconds 75 SP: Plasma Pistol: Deals damage to all units in the path.

W: Vision Drone AoE; Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 A drone hovers over a target area giving you vision of all unhidden units in the area for a short while.

A drone hovers over a target area giving you vision of all unhidden units and wards within 400 of the drone for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. If the drone sees a champion it will fire upon it dealing 10/30/50/70/90 (+40% AD) Physical Damage to that champion.

Upgrade: 20 SP: Increase vision to 500 50 SP: increase duration to 4 seconds

E: Inhibitor Field AoE; Cost: 55/60/65/70/75 Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 Puddlewink set up an inhibitor field which reduces the effectiveness of enemies.

Puddlewink set up an inhibitor field with a radius of 750. While an enemy unit is within the field his attacks speed and attack damage is reduced by 6/7/8/9/10%.

Upgrade: 25 SP: Enemy units inside are slowed by 20% 60 SP: If Puddlewink enters the field it disappears and enemy units that were within it are snared for 2 seconds

R: Trapmaster AoE; Cost: 30/40/50 per mine Range: Global Cooldown: 120/105/90 Puddlewink activates mines he has set up all over the battle field. When a champion gets too close it explodes dealing damage and knocking up that champion. Once a mine explodes Puddlewink must manually reset it before he can use it again.

Passive: A trinket item becomes available for Puddlewink only. When the trinket is used it places a mine in the selected position. This trinket has a cooldown of 20 seconds.

Active: Puddlewink activates mines he has set up all over the battle field. All the mines within 750 of the target area are activated until they blow up. When an enemy unit gets within 125 of an activated mine it explodes dealing 100/150/200 (+25% AD) Physical Damage to it and knocking it up for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds.

Upgrade: 90 SP: Quick manufacturing: The Cooldown on the trinket is now 15 seconds.

How does he set up mines? Is it like a teemo shroom system?

Fixed the stats. I forgot to add mana and mana regen, and he was listed as melee. :facepalm:
