[Champion Concept] Eskrievon "the Tormented Soul" WIP

So I was just talking with some friends of mine, and we were talking about how it must be a bummer to die, just to get back up and die again. So I just threw away the comment "Dying hurts, so I just stopped feeling" as a joke, but from that an idea sprung. It will certainly need some improvement but I had this idea for a champion.

Name: Eskrievon

Title: The Tormented Soul

Mana Pool: Uses Health for spells

Appearance:

Role: Tank/Fighter

He was once an unjust executioner that killed for a tyrant. His favorite form of death was slow torture. But after the tyrant was slain he was cursed to forever live out the torment of his victims. He lives in constant torture but has learned how to wield his pain as a weapon. Now he wanders the wilderness surrounded by pain and death looking for a reprieve from his torture.

Base Stats: Health: 618.28 (+96) Health Regen: 7.9 (+.53) Melee: 125 Attack Damage: 59.82 (+3.8) Attack Speed: .653 (+1.4%) Armor: 23.64 (+3.5) Magic Resist: 32.1 (1.25) Move Speed: 345

P: Death is Pain When a spell hits an enemy champion it applies a stack of "Pain of Death" stacking up to 2 times. "Pain of Death" stacks deals 20/50/80 magic damage (+10% AP) over time to the champion. If a champion with a "Pain of Death" stack deals damage to (name) all "Pain of Death" stacks are removed from the champion, and the champion takes 30/60/90 (+10% AP) magic damage for each stack that was applied to the champion before removal. Stacks last up to 4 seconds

Q: Claws of Pain Single Target Spell; Cost: 30/45/60/75/90 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Eskrievon claws his way into the mind of his enemies forcing them to suffer his torment.

Target takes 60/80/100/120/140 (+25% AP) physical damage and fearing them for 1/1.25/1.50/1.75/2 seconds.

W: Shards of Pain Area of Affect; Cost: 40/55/70/85/100 Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Eskrievon's pain becomes so intense it exits his body violently and explodes around him in big black shards of torment.

Black spikes burst form the ground in an area of 500 around Eskrievon. Enemy units hit by the spikes take 40/55/70/85/100 (+20% AP) and are slowed by 20% for 2 seconds.

E: Pain Siphon Skillshot; Cost: 35/50/65/80/95 Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 Eskrievon attempts to lessen his pain by transferring it to another unfortunate soul.

Eskrievon shoots a black ball of pure pain. If it hits an enemy champion it deals 7/9/11/13/15% of the targets maximum health as magic damage. Eskrievon is healed for 50% of the damage dealt.

R: Death Doesn't Kill Global; Cost: 100/175/250 Cooldown: 120/100/80 Eskrievon fills the battle field with his agony. His agony is so fierce it becomes tangible and infects and area nearby dealing damage to all those inside.

Passive: Eskrievon gets 10 bonus Armour and Magic Resistance for every "Pain of Death" stack that is active.

Active: Eskrievon conjours a black mist of death in a 700 radius for 4 seconds, it deals 150/225/300 (+20%) magic damage each second to nearby enemies.

Quotes: Dying hurts, so I just stopped feeling. That hollow feeling... is everywhere. Pain is but a nuisance. I once felt pain, now there is nothing. There is nothing, pain drowns it all out. How can I feel through all this pain. Pain hurts... I'll show you. This is nothing compared to what tortures me. I will show you what torments me. You have no idea what pain is. Let me demonstrate what pain really is. Do you feel the pain? So do I. I will show you what pain really is. My pain tortures me, there must be some way out. You do not know the meaning of torture. Feel my Pain! Death is pain, pain is death. The claws of death, are ever present.

Tuants: I'm not going to kill you. I'm just going to hurt you really, really bad. You shouldn't fear death, you should fear me.

Ult seems a bit bonkers, but I like the rest.

I really like this idea. The kit sounds nice and even thought the ult does seem a bit out of control (maybe tune it down by giving it 20% AP scaling), but that being said, his kit really fits his concept :D.

I gotta love the AP tank's! You got some cool ideas, especially that passive. I think it will create a surprising amount of damage, and could easily catch the enemy off guard.

The only thing that I would be worried about is that ult. With both a fear and a stun in his kit, this guy could easily wipe the floor in 1v1 duels with almost no counterplay. His full combo (not counting the w shield being broken) could easily deal 2000 damage to a single opponent, and I shudder to think what it would do in a team fight haha.

There is already a few ults that buff defense or do damage over time (Like Nasus, Renekton, or Jax), so perhaps you may want to go in another direction all together with it. Nothing immediately comes to mind, but that'd be up to you. :)
