Took me a while to do this one. I did some extensive research into how cloth and armor collide, and how the bending of fabric gives way due to the weight of metal, and the different hues were intended to express this. Using a variety of brush strokes and some fancy cell shading, I managed to keep the cloth's radiance to a direct contrast to the metal. It took a while to find the right hues of purple and gray, but once I got started it came naturally. Suffice to say it, I do admit I improvised a little on the tip of Veigar's staff, trying to add my artistic touch to the piece. Overall very fun to draw, hope you like it!
