Champion Concept: Baradon the Trikster
Introduction
Hello everyone. I just thought of a concept I would like to see on League. So everyone has seen that sour patch commercial right? Well, the gist is that this champion is just like those sour patch candies except backwards. He is sweet first then sour later. You'll understand as I explain his skill set.

Stats
Health: 460 Mana: 300 Attack Speed: 0.625 Movespeed: 340 Attack Damage: 47 Armor: 17 Magic Resist: 30 Attack Range: 550
Abilities
Passive: Karmic Fate: Baradon is cursed to return to his bottle for 10 seconds if he damages enemy champions too much. Each time an enemy champion is damaged by him, Baradon receives 1 point. Upon reaching 10 points, Baradon returns to his bottle and cannot move, but gains 1% of his Max HP and Mana every second.
Baradon loses 1 point for every time one of his abilities affects an ally champion or himself.
Q: Essence Ray CD: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds, Mana Cost: 50 (All Levels), Range: 600 units
Passive: This ability converts his auto attacks into little squiggly rays of blue light and gives his autos an extra 5/10/15/20/25 + (0.20 AP) magic damage.
Active: In addition, after autoing an enemy 3 times successfully, he can use the active skill which allows him to heal the target ally champion (or himself) for 40/60/80/100/120. After 1.5 seconds, his target also heals for 10% of the amount of damage he dealt with his 3 (or 1 if he is recasting) autos. After using the heal, he has 5 seconds to reactivate his heal with 1 auto attack (still must cast the active each time to use the heal); this can be repeated infinite number of times before it goes on cool down.
The delayed heal can stack.
Extra effect: After his Q Active goes on cool down, all the targets that he healed takes the total (from all (1/2/3) heal(s) casted) base heal amount from his initial heal as true damage. This effect cannot kill and will only reduce health down to 1.
W: Essence Link CD: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds, Mana Cost: 70 (All Levels), Range: 600 units
Baradon links himself to an allied champion. This causes 25/30/35/40/45% of the damage dealt to his allied champion to be transferred to him. The link lasts for 5 seconds, until it absorbs 300/400/500/600/700 + (10% of bonus HP) damage or is broken by moving farther than 600 units from each other.
Upon being broken, Baradon and his ally receive a shield that shields for 50/65/80/95/110% of the damage absorbed for 2 seconds.
Extra effect: After the shield ends, his ally receives 2/4/6/8/10% more damage from all sources for 2 seconds.
E: Cloudy Impairment CD: 22/20/18/16/14 seconds, Mana Cost: 70 (All Levels), Range: 600 units
Baradon lobs a blue ball of smoke at a target area. It creates a ground of blue smoke within a 200/300/400/500/600 unit radius from the point of impact. After 1 second, all enemy champions inside the area are snared for 2 seconds.
Extra Effect: All ally champions inside get snared for 2 seconds immediately after the snare duration for enemy champions ends.

Upon activation, Baradon has 10/12.5/15 seconds to cast his Q and W inside the area of effect of his E. If he does so successfully, the last enemy champion that was damaged by his linked ally will receive all the extra effects of all his QWE instantly.
If he fails to cast QW inside his E before time is up, then his most recent linked ally within the last 10/12.5/15 seconds or himself (if there were none) will receive all the extra effects of his QWE.
The Idea behind this champion was to create something that would be extremely beneficial if you knew when and where to use your abilities. The extra effects ensure that he doesn't just become a "heal battery" like Sona/Raka was/were/is. It also forces the player to play actively and think actively.
His skills are very powerful, but also possess negative side effects that could change the tide of a fight if used incorrectly or at the wrong time.
I tried to incorporate counter play in all his abilities as well. Hope you guys enjoyed the concept.
