The Gemini, the Rage of the Party
Just a little concept I made, inspired by a few songs. Feedback is appreciated, I'll try and make more! Back when I played Smite I did a ton of god concepts and apparently they were good lol. The Gemini are built around the theme of "death from a thousand cuts" since their only true nuke is on their Q, and that's delayed and telegraphed. Otherwise, they have tons of small instances of mixed damage (slightly favoring physical) and would want to build things like Guinsoo's Rageblade, Hextech Gunblade, and tank/bruiser items.
They're meant to be a combination of low-CC divers and hybrid skirmishers, able to shred through tanks and survive the deadly mosh pit that is a teamfight. Additionally, they can splitpush due to their good waveclear and damage, but not as well as others. They're meant to have a wild feel, ignoring the normal rules of the game and throwing caution to the wind to recklessly dive and sow chaos in the ranks of enemies.

Appearance: The Gemini are a pair of demonlike creatures, with skin of jagged black stone and blood of lava. They have long black hair, with Rokkit's in a mohawk that curves down in from of his face, and Rokkette's tied back and ending in hooked blades. Both wear black clothing, with Rokkit only wearing torn leather pants and a belt, and Rokkette a similar pair of pants and a ragged black cloth wrapped around her chest with a hole revealing her heart. They are covered in scars, with veins evident. A pair of glowing hot chains crosses Rokkit's chest and Rokkette's heart burns bright orange. Both have wings, with Rokkit's being more traditional bat wings with Rokkette's being similar to a long pair of blades.
Their faces are vaguely human, with sharp teeth and molten orange-yellow eyes and long tongues of the same color. Rokkit's voice is higher in pitch, decently lower than Ezreal's, for reference, while Rokkette's is deeper, closer to Elise. Personality-wise, they don't hold grudges and are hard to make angry, but just enjoy breaking things. They treat fighting like it's all a big party and don't care if they or anyone around them lives. They're moderately arrogant, being immortal creatures that are nigh invincible, and if killed just retreat and reform. They also have adopted a "unique" vocabulary, sounding closer to that random group of guys who listens to Green Day and wishes their band was that good rather than ancient and impossibly wise beings. Their VFX and SFX would all be semi-related to music. And explosions. And fire.

Ancient beings alive since the beginning of life, the Gemini are the spirits of celebration. They were once noble and benevolent gods, blessing many civilizations with their presence. They became fond of many worlds, each with their own parties, and in time changed to reflect the revelers they so loved. However, their form was constantly changing, and were always spirits of chaos. This was no better reflected in their current forms, creatures of fire and blades. Once, there was a mighty spacefaring race, a warlike people who destroyed many others, but their parties were like no other. Each celebration of victory was impossibly extravagant, and every one a glorification of the violence they committed. Despite this, the Gemini were attracted to them. The raw fury of the people and the energy of their parties were impossible to resist. The Gemini approached them bearing gifts, gifts of knowledge, music, and dance, and the people instantly loved them. Forever changing and always ready to accept new ideas, the Gemini rapidly switched, with each form becoming independent- and destructive. With their aid, the Gemini’s people decimated whole solar systems and made bonfires to celebrate their conquest.
However, their reign of terror ended when they encountered the Targonians. Over the course of many bitter wars, the race was eventually taken over by Targon, and the Gemini enslaved to the people of the mountain. However, their years of war had hardened them and they fought back, killing several of the aspects and escaping. Their actions left them with only 1 course. Escape Runeterra and the solar system, never to return. As the pair raced away, they were met by another servant of Targon. Aurelion Sol. Overjoyed by finding another who hated the Aspects as much as he, the cosmic dragon helped them run in any way his bounds allowed. In their exile, the Gemini have found new civilizations to party with and new worlds to shatter, but none could compare with those the Targonians broke. Upon finding Aurelion Sol’s bonds broken, they left their new homes to return to Runeterra, and when they arrive, they will raze the world to ashes and dance in the glorious destruction.

Passive
Collaboration With Chaos
The Gemini gain Entropy over time, lowering the cooldowns of their abilities and increasing their attack speed. At max Entropy, they become CC immune for 1.5s but cannot take action while they switch between forms.
Gains Entropy when killing minions, damaging monsters, structures, and champions. Entropy grants 2.5- 6.5% reduced cooldown on Power Claw when attacking enemy champions and 3- 8% Attack Speed after casting an ability for 3s every 10% full. At maximum Entropy, the current Gemini becomes unable to take action but is CC immune and has 85% damage resistance for 1.5s as it switches to the other.
Rokkit: gains a shield for 35- 180 (+5- 10% Max HP) after 2s in combat, 10- 55 bonus total AD, 50 attack range
Rokkette: gains 15- 50 bonus MS, deals 35- 180 (+10- 20% AP) (+20- 30% AD) bonus magic damage on hit and heals for 20- 120 (+5% Missing HP) over 2s
Ability 1 (Q)
Power Claw
Cooldown: 8/8/7/7/5s Cost: none
The Gemini’s next attack deals bonus physical damage. Based on which Gemini is active, Power Claw has different effects.
The Gemini’s next basic attack deals 20/40/60/80/100 (+125% AD) (+20/25/30/35/40% AP) bonus physical damage and Wrecks the target for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4s. Wrecked targets receive additional effects from the Gemini’s attacks.
Rokkit: The Wrecked target charges up over the next 2s, gaining 1 stack every 0.5s. After 2s, Rokkit has a 1.5s window to attack the target again to detonate the stacks, dealing 45/60/75/90/105 (+45/50/55/60/65% Bonus AD) physical and 30/40/50/60/70 (+35/40/45/50% AP) magic damage in a 300 radius area around the target. If Rokkit detonates a champion or turret, he gains 10-25% bonus Entropy.
Rokkette: The Wrecked target bleeds for 60/90/120/150/180 (+55% AP) magic damage for 2s, damage dealt every 0.5s. The target remains Wrecked for 1.5s after the bleed ends and if attacked will allow Power Claw to be reactivated, dealing no additional damage but healing for 50% of the pre-mitigation damage and granting 10-25% bonus Entropy.
Ability 2 (W)
Assault Sirens
Cooldown: 17/16/15/14/13s Cost: none
The Gemini release a sound wave, warning enemies. They may reactivate the ability 1.5s later to leap, dealing high damage and increasing their own defenses or reducing that of enemies.
The current Gemini releases a sound wave, locking this ability for 1.5s. After 1.5s, it may be reactivated, changing based on the current Gemini.
Rokkit: Lunges forwards, dealing 45/65/85/105/124 (+35% AP) (+55% Bonus AD) physical damage to the first enemy champion hit. While moving, Rokkit gains 10/15/20/25/30 bonus Armor and Magic Resistance. If he hits an enemy champion, he retains the buffs for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5s and gains 5- 20% increased bonus based on the number of enemy champions around him.
Rokkette: Leaps to an area and slashes, dealing 85/115/145/165/195 (+40% AP) (+65% Bonus AD) physical damage and reducing the resistances of enemies hit by 10- 25 and 10- 20% of base and bonus, respectively, for 2/3/4/5/6s. Only the Gemini benefit from this reduction.
Ability 3 (E)
Bonfire
Cooldown: 10s Cost: none
The Gemini summon a pair of fiery spirits which orbit them, detonating upon hitting an enemy champion or large/epic monster. The spirits’ orbit gets closer to the Gemini every 0.5s while they rotate and upon reaching melee range they are absorbed and explode for magic damage after 1s.
The current Gemini summons 2 spirits that orbit them, getting closer every 0.5s. If a spirit hits an enemy champion, it deals 45/65/85/105 (+35/40/45/50/55% AP) (+45% AD) magic damage to nearby enemies. If the spirits reach the Gemini’s melee range without one detonating, they create a nova of fire after 1s, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+60% AD) magic damage in a large area.
Rokkit: This ability deals 15/20/35/30/35 (+50% AD) bonus damage on each instance of damage. The explosion deals physical damage and knocks enemies a short distance away from Rokkit.
Rokkette: Both spirits detonate simultaneously and create a zone of flames which rapidly shrinks, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 (+70% AD) over 3s and slowing enemies inside by 25/30/35/40/45%. If the explosion is triggered, Rokkette gains 15- 35% increased Movement Speed based on level.
Ability 4 (R) (Ultimate)
Rokk Out!
Cooldown: 150/130/110s Cost: none
The Gemini launch into a music- induced frenzy, becoming Unstoppable and creating a rain of fire around them. After Rokk Out! expires, they automatically switch forms.
The current Gemini rapidly gains Entropy while channelling for 1.5s. After they finish, they are CC immune for 3/4/5s and rain fire around them, dealing 30/50/70 (+25% AP) (+35/45/55% AD) physical damage to nearby enemies after a short delay. While the ability is active, they will not switch forms, but will automatically switch after it ends.
Rokkit: Collaboration with Chaos’ shield is increased by 25/40/55% while this ability is active. Every time a fireball hits an enemy, Rokkit’s current shield gains 2.5/4/5.5% more HP.
Rokkette: Collaboration with Chaos’ health steal is increased by 15/25/35%. Every time a fireball hits an enemy, they take 50% of the damage over time of the health steal.
