I think Teemo's base skin should be scrapped and his legendary skin be the new base and then refund everyone's RP. Yeah, he's mechanically identical, but now he looks cool while doing it and context/perspective changes everything.
If you look back at Udyr's ultimate skin you will know you're wasting your time on this.
Same with Udyr and spirit guard.
I am Rubbed the wrong way that in his splash art he hold his Weapon with both hands like a Rifle. Awesome. But his game play he still wields it like a blow dart. Which for that fact alone it ruins the skin.
