Pentathon:

Held every {to be decided} years.
A series of games on various maps and modes in which a team of players must use the same team composition.

Setup:

Summoners Rift
5v5 (Same team comp)
Howling Abyss
5v5 (Same team comp)
Twisted Treeline
3v3 (3 players from each team, 3 champions from the team composition)
(New Map)
2v2 (Other 2 players from each team, 2 champions from the team composition)
Wild Card
5v5 Any mode (oneforall, urf, nemesis, etc)

I think it'd be more interesting without the "same team comp throughout" requirement. Rather than allowing the option of just drafting an SR team and rolling with it through all the modes, it'd be a better test of the teams' skills to force them to specifically respond to each new map.
