Chem-Baron Gragas

Gragas as a Zaunite Chem Baron, one of the secretive ruling class of Zaun. He carries a large cask of chemicals feeding into a Hextech suit via tubes. His head is covered with a glass dome helmet that is darkly tinted, partially obscuring his face. He wears thick goggles. From what you can see of him, he appears to be a thin, somewhat sickly even, balding man beneath the bulky suit. As a Chem Baron, he has a greatly increased lifespan prolonged through Hextech medicine, and he is likely over 100 years old. Despite his frail appearance, his strength is greatly augmented by the chemicals feeding into him.

When he uses his W, he turns a valve on his cask which causes his helmet to fill with vividly glowing opaque green fumes. He detaches the tubes in order to throw his cask for his other abilities. His ultimate explodes in a cloud of green fumes.

The chemical fumes of a Chem Baron are deadly in concentration to creatures which have not slowly gained a tolerance to the chemicals. Chem Barons go through a painful and dangerous process of gradually increasing the chemical dosage they are exposed to over many years. Once a tolerance is obtained, the chemicals augment the person to a superhuman state, but at the cost of an irreversible dependency to the chemicals. A Chem Baron who has undergone this process past the point of no return becomes thoroughly addicted to the chemicals and must continue to increase the dose until they finally reach a state at which they must remain saturated with their chemical brew at all times. Withdrawal from the chemicals is swiftly deadly. When Chem-Baron Gragas is killed by an opponent, his helmet shatters and he suffocates in regular air.
