I've been thinking of buying him. Is he in a good spot right now? And is he as oppressive a top-laner as I've heard/seen? I like play those champs that Riot forgets about until they can be changed, like Taric or Urgot
I'm sure his play rate would increase if they released the cat lady yorick skin.
