League of Legends Table Top RPG Idea

I compared Yordles to D&D Gnomes the other day in a discussion on Kench and it dawned on me how RPG friendly the LOL universe is. (Provided they finally nail down the lore.) But you've got races, Yordle, Elementals, several flavors of Human, Ratfolk, Catfolk, Bearfolk, Trolls, Minotaurs, Dragonfolk. Class: Marksmen, Support, Tank, Fighter, Mage, Assassin. You got monsters, dragons, famous locations, famous people, The League, politics, you name it.

And the game-play concepts write themselves. Each player gets 2 classes at the start (some being mutually exclusive EX: you can be a Marksmen OR a Tank not both) You even have special names for some combinations ( EX: Fighter + Tank = Juggernaut) There is 18 levels, each class has a list of skill types and you pick 5 from either of your chosen classes one being from the "Ultimate Skill" list and the other form the "Passive Skill" list. You level up one skill per level (you get the idea I'm sure). Then you add a list of masteries that can do anything from adding to you base stats to ( and this is just drawing on RPG gaming) changing how your skills work or interact. (EX: the Spin mastery makes one of your physical skills do an AOE. And yes you add masteries that arn't actually in league so theirs more venation)

And lastly because I mentioned it up top your character would have 7 primary stats: HP, HP Regen (Perday), Mana, Mana Regen (Perday) Natural Attack Damage, Natural Magic Damage Natural Attack Speed, and Natural Movement Speed. Then you have Armor (gets a natural bounce per level) Magic Resist (gets a natural bounce per level) and Cooldown Reduction (Per-combat round/ game minutes or hours for some skills like Ults) Life-steal/Spell Vamp. And yes I think there should be a Runes system as well, for enhancing these stats a little.

I got a whole lot more in my head but its late and this is just my first pitch idea (sure I'm not the first). But as one last side note for an example of how your favorite champions stats would look like at first level take there values and move the decimal one over to the left one and round up to the nearest whole number. #CleanNumbers. I do think this should be a D20 system and Armor and MR should be a damage reduction system (EX: you got 65 Armor they do 150 Attack Damage with a skill you take 85 damage)
