Would this passive be broken? (pls help)

I'm trying to brainstorm for a new champion's kit and I thought of the perfect passive.

Passive- When ____ auto-attacks an enemy champion, a Void Wound mark is applied. Void Wound- A mark that can be stacked up to 5 times, where each stack lowers the target's armor by 1. The 5th stack consumes the wounds slowing the target by 75% for 2 seconds. (4 second cooldown)

Any tips or suggestions? Would this passive need a nerf or buff? Pls help

Melee right?

Shouldn't be broken. Right now, it's ~~like a worse~~ not as good as Braum's passive, so there should not be a problem.

I think it needs a nerf and a buff, I think that the effect on hit should be increased, cause 1 armor isn't that much in my opinion, maybe your champion gains attack speed each hit, and i think that it should be like a 50% slow for a longer duration, to synergize with having to hit 5 times, a longer slow would benefit them more, and make more sense in the kit itself.
