I had a premade ask me and when I said no they demanded and banned the champ I hovered over and said "Still going top?" to which I replied yes and said I was going to play a champ I wanted banned. I wasn't really going to play Swain, but that's a free ban so I could play Jax :^)
I'll never understand why people feel the need to shove the body of their post into the title, and then just point to the title in the body. Come on people, make your post correctly.

It's even worse when they ask, immediately say "Okay thanks" before you can respond.
And then they get mad that you take your role after you say "I never said yes, and now I'm definitely not"

You're right; you don't have to. But are you really gonna be that guy that is too stubborn to swap roles with a premade duo bot or duo top/jg? You'd rather mess up a bot lane that can communicate well and possibly win lane or a jg/top/mid that could communicate ganks easily? Just so you can be your role? Obviously there are lots of bad premades, but in the end it's better for the team to be in roles where multiple players can communicate well. You'd rather sacrifice that than suck it up and have a better chance of winning? Oh wait yeah you're bronze 3.
