A shady merchant, named Greed, who can let you buy slightly weaker items from him instead of the shop. He has a pickpocket style with sneaky and weak trades. Manaless, gold is his resource. He is squishy and medium range but if you do not punish him he will carry his team.

Passive: Allied champions can buy slightly weaker versions of items from Greed. Greed obtains better items based on how much gold he is carrying. Items bought from Greed are stronger by 1% for every 200 gold he has in his inventory.

Q: 15,12,9,6,3 second CD. 600 range. Deal 50,70,90,110,130 + (50% ap) damage. Steal 5,7,9,11,13 + (5% ap) gold from enemies.

W: 100,75,50 second CD. Spend 100,75,50 gold to buy arms and ammunitions for your next 1,2,3 minion waves. Boosts minions damage by 6,12,18 + (5% ap). Mapwide buff.

E: 20,17,14,11,8 second CD. Greed throws out a gold coin on a line for 800 range, snaring all enemy champions hit for 1.5 seconds + (.5 per 500 gold in inventory). Costs 25,20,15,10,5 gold per hit. Slows if Greed does not have enough gold.

R: He can buy passage to any ally tower or ally champ for 100,75,50 gold. No cd.

Strongly incentivized to hoard gold because of his passive and late game scaling on w and e. If he gets through lane unpunished you're going to lose. If you can force him to buy defensive items, then your team is going to be ahead for a while.
