So why can't graves have a cigar?
Is it some kind of anti smoking restriction or something? I don't smoke and I want Graves to have his cigar, but at the same time I don't want the "no cigar" jokes to disappear; what a troubling dilemon.

once they keep over looking Gragas Esq its good. if they take from Gragas i expect rp back in the amount it cost to but Gragas Esq
if he had a cigar they would be forced to change the rating in some countries, they just want to keep the T rating i guess
