Have you ever been so mad you forgot to report offenders?
Imagine how many people aren't getting reported because you have to wait till post game to do it.

If you're suggesting there should be a mid-game report option, no, there shouldn't be. We don't need players afk'ing while they write up a report. If they forget to report after the match then it must've not been that important, and like a big piece said, it's likely someone else reported severe behavior anyway so it won't really matter if you personally weren't able to/forgot most of the time.
Now if there was an option to report players on your Recently Played list in the event the game crashed, or you did forget, or the servers went offline etc., I think that would be a much better alternative to handling the issue you seek to fix without causing in-game problems.

If I report someone while in game I want them to replace that person with a player in q for a game. :P
